Pros:

The rooms were adequate, however, the furnishings appeared to be well used and dated. The beds are extremely firm, not ideal for those with back issues. The beds are not comfortable. The customer service was top notch!!

Pros:

Rebecca was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and neat. Only complaints were 3 of the outlets did not work and the mattress on the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Overall we would stay there again

The room is super😊 very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area. Becky, the GM was very sweet & accommodating. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Needs to be cleaner !!!
Pros:

The floors were dirty and dusty, and the sofa was disgusting. We asked for another room with a cleaner sofa they said they didnt have one .

Pros:

We needed a convenient location with a full kitchen for a single night stopover. This property filled the bill. The manager, Rebecca, couldn't have been nicer. She changed rooms for us so we wouldn't have to deal with stairs. The new room wasn't set up yet, so she delivered all of the kitchen gear and made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't get on the wifi, but for one night that wasn't as issue for us. Property isn't fancy, but it is adequate.

Seems people who stay don’t care what the management says like no smoking ( they can smoke outside but leaving room doors open and smoke still filters in)

Pros:

The GM checked us in. We arrived after midnight. She was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to sure everything was perfect for us even though we were only going to be there for about 3 hours. Awesome customer service. The suit was wonderful. Very cozy. I will definitely make this my midway stopping point when driving from the Mid West to Florida again!

What a beautiful place to stay, comforts of Home
Pros:

Every thing!! Rooms / kitchen very clean and comfortable roomy, everything was beautiful pleasantly surprised
