Pros:

Very smooth check in, clean and daily house keeping. Good location with lots of juice/dessert shops around. Taxi easy to call.

Pros:

The building is relatively new and in a great location. There are lots of dining options and small grocery stores nearby.

The staff at the hotel area extremely friendly and helpful. They have daily room service at no extra cost. The rooms or flats are spacious with multiple room and bath options to choose from.

The only things you should be aware of is that parking is very tight and although they do have basement parking the area is so tiny that you most likely will scratch your car unless you are extremely careful.

The standard room air conditioning is controlled from another guest room which is totally unacceptable, which made my stay uncomfortable.
