Nice Stay
Pros:

The infinity pool and Tiki Bar. Amazing! The beds are comfortable. The pull-out couch bed is even comfortable. Fabulous location. Walking distance to the pool and to the marina. Great live music both nights that we stayed. We really had a great time.

Cons:

We weren't given any information about a restaurant being in the check-in area. Food in Tiki Bar is okay but not great. That restaurant inside the check-in area though, is fantastic! Order the Snapper just take my word for it. The drains in our sink around the vanity and in the tub didn't work well. The rooms were clean but they really need to be updated. The ice container was cracked and leaked water all over our stuff on the counter. Us older girls going up and down the hill from the room to the main office was a challenge. Had to travel to the main office just to get a soda no vending machines anywhere except there.

I would definitely stay at this resort again, but I would not choose this particular apartment. The furnishings were not

The view of the lake was amazing!

Cons:

The apartment didn’t have any dressers to put clothes in. I had to stuff my things in the bedside tables.
The electronic lock on the front door did not work. It never locked after putting in the code.
The washer only used hot water no matter what setting I used.

Overall great stay with the family.
Pros:

Peaceful and beautiful

Cons:

Maintenance of units and attention to detail could be improved. Handles on kitchen cabinets are missing making it nearly impossible to open doors. One of our units had a loose toilet and in another the towel bars and toilet paper holder were falling ofd the wall. These are basic maintenance items that should always be on the watch list for the housekeeping staff.

Pros:

Don't let the nice photos fool you. We spent the night in a 55-degree room because the heat is broken and nobody on staff seems to care. There are also giant gaps in the doorway that we had to fill with paper towels just to keep some type of warmth in the room. We reported this at check-in (7 PM) and again at 7 AM. It’s now mid-afternoon and we are still freezing in a suite we paid a premium for. We’ve had to leave our own room just to find a place to get warm and the front desk seemed to think that was perfectly acceptable. It’s not! Unacceptable service and a blatant disregard for guest comfort.

Cons:

More living room furnature for us to set, 1 couch was not enough. The masterbath had jets in the tub but you could not use them because by the time the water got over the jet line thw water was no longer warm

It was nice, and a good price. Definitely not for people with disabilities.
Pros:

The apartment was clean, decently updated with some extras that were very nice -detergent for the washer, etc. The pool was nice and clean and the lake area was well kept.

Cons:

The apartment needed some deep cleaning and paint touchups. The blind in my room was broken. Being built on a hill, the parking was atrocious, slick with rain and slanted toward the apartments. It would be quite hard for a disabled person to navigate the parking or go to the pool based on the slope.

Not handicap accessible. I had to check out after one night. My disability would not allow me to walk the hills to get to the amenities.

No hot water, beds were creaky, the shower screaming noises came from one the other water just drizzled out. The tvs are very small and it is very dated I have stayed in dated resorts this one just too dated for the price.
