Lovely staff, comfortable if staying with family.
Pros:

All the staff were extremely lovely. Very spacious rooms if you’re coming with family

Cons:

If only the MRT was linked to the mall under the hotel and if grand Indonesia was linked to the mall aswell

GREAT.
Pros:

AMAZING stay in PARKROYAL Serviced Suites in Jakarta. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, especially the bellboys at the concierge. They were really amazing. Room was clean and well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a little too soft for our liking, but other than that - it was a great place with great location. We will definitely be back!

We wanted to be close to Bunderan HI so the location was great for us. The apartment itself is great. It was our second time here and we enjoyed it again! The apartment is big, clean, new and you have all you need. The beds are comfortable - loved our stay - again! Staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good.

Staff members...excellent, I repeat excellent staff members. All the staff members are excellent-5 star including front desk/reception, concierge staff, staff serving morning breakfast all are very friendly, super efficient and very respectful. If you need something...they will do it. They treated us like celebrities!! I also must say the name of the Customer Experience Mamager Acyntia- excellent hospitality and very caring- Thanks to all of you.

The view from my room- it was 80th floor and the city view was breathtaking!! Absolutely amazing!!

Bed was excellent, room service was very very good...clean, housekeeping done in timely manner. Excellent breakfast and a range of good varieties of food....

Oh! I forgot to mention- the washing machine was super convenient indeed!!

Cons:

Aircon- could be more user-friendly.

اقمت 6 ليال بجناح تنفيذي بغرفة نوم واحدة بالطابق 78

كانت إقامتي جميلة جدًا من جميع النواحي ، الطاقم في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، سواءً في الاستقبال أو أثناء الإقامة وحتى عند المغادرة، وكان التعامل راقٍ ومريح.

الموقع جميل ومميز، حيث إنه ملاصق لمركز تسوق صغير يضم مطاعم وكوفيهات جميلة جدًا، كما تتوفر فيه منصة المشاهدة الشهيرة UP at Thamrin Nine ، بالإضافة إلى ذلك قريب من أكبر مولات جاكرتا Grand Indonesia مما يجعل الموقع عمليًا وممتازًا للتنقل.

الإفطار جميل ومتنوع، ورغم أن معظم الأصناف تميل إلى المطبخ الشرق آسيوي، إلا أن الجودة ممتازة والتجربة ممتعة.

أتقدم بجزيل الشكر لجميع العاملين على ذلك الاهتمام، وكانت تجربة رائعة وأوصي به بكل تأكيد.
