The room was spacious.

Cons:

The check-in lobby was very small with a long queue. The room, although big, was dusty and didn’t feel properly cleaned. The whole building, including the room, had very poor lighting. The gym was dirty, and the breakfast was the worst part—the dining area was too small to accommodate guests, and the food quality was disappointing. I only managed to eat two eggs and drink water.

Brand new apartment complex, clean and spacious room huge swimming pool, Friendly staff. Easy to get around with grab/gojek.

Excellent place and location for family travel in big group
Pros:

The facility fit and comfortable for family travel in group, complete facility like an apartment, located nicely in the center of best restaurants option in Tangerang city (BSD and Gading Serpong) and close to Jakarta by highway, facility clean, modern and tidy, service and breakfast was great.

Cons:

Quite challenge to park the car at the parking space upstairs, as the ramp to go up quite narrow and stip, but it’s still Ok as long as we be extra careful and not in a hurry.

Generally, a wonderful and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Facilities sufficient to cover the needs for a couple of days stay.

Cons:

There is this odor that is a bit dry when you enter the unit.
Unpleasant smell that comes out from the trash bin in the kitchen cabinet.
Availability of washing machine but no dryer.

Pros:

We are on a staycation with our family and chose the 2-Bedroom Executive. The key strengths are the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, which make our stay more convenient. We also love the balcony view, as it allows us to enjoy fresh air in the morning.

However, one downside is the limited restaurant choices in the mall when we visited.

Another great feature is the entertainment options—we get access to Netflix, YouTube, and various TV channels, which we really enjoy.

Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for families. It has a swimming pool for both kids and adults, and guests can also access the gym and sauna.
