Nice modern option in Denpasar. Good option for long stays
Pros:

In a quieter part of Denpasar. Modern design and appliances. Very clean. Super helpful staff. Rooftop pool is a nice plus.

Cons:

The beds are in the attic, which means cool air from the aircon don’t circulate to the bed area very well. The staircase design and glass panels don’t feel very secure, especially when needing the toilet in the middle of the night.

Extremely friendly staff, great facilities- and a clean and well maintained room.
Pros:

It’s a very nice place - nice and comfortable, not too many rooms. Very nice pool. The staff were excellent - very friendly and accommodating. Aircon was good, wifi was very good by Bali standards. Excellent Warungs close by - and the food was amazing.

Cons:

Nothing significant to complain about. The location is central to Denpasar. Not much touristy stuff nearby - but the location suited my purposes. Gojek is a cheap option for getting around.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful.
Pros:

The staff were always friendly and assisted me with all aspects of my stay; from finding a good coffee locally to transport and food. It was always a pleasure to return to my room after a busy day. I had convenient access to cool filtered water next to my room.

Cons:

It would have been useful to have a microwave in the room as I was not confident to use gas. I would have appreciated a hand rail to assist with walking up the entry steps (only a few steps).

No proper kitchen facilities. Very dirty bathroom . Dirty room the poor cleaning people have not been given housekeeping training. Dreadful. To get to the rooms you have to walk over these pointless fake stones which are all wobbly god know how you would cope with high shoes or the elderly or if you was pissed. . Its not the staff thought the manager obviously does not select the right people you also feel a bit like there trying to run the hotel as a islam hotel. Too much stuff in the lobby. Would not rate this hotel . Im staying in another which is cheaper now and much better. Pool is nice. And staff nice but not hotel quality

Pros:

The modern ambience and space eficiency. Nice interior design especially the lighting set up. Comfortable bed and complete home entertaiment.

Cons:

If you like spacious room and view, this accomodation is not for you. Too pricy for everything they offered.

Pros:

Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily.
The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I also had to show multiple bank statements to confirm that I indeed did pay to stay there.
