We enjoyed our stay. The kids had enough room and space to ride their scooters which they loved.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the breakfast! Those croissants are the best I’ve had. Super yummy.

Cons:

The restaurants are super expensive! Ridiculously so!

I was blown away by the services at the hotel and already planning my next trip there.
Pros:

Everything. Excellent facilities, catering, staff, swimming pool, environment, security, night club, services, room size, room facilities, toiletries, towels, shower room, cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable.

Cons:

I was in room 324. The Air Conditioner needs attention to make it cooler. I set the thermostat at 20 Degree, but it cooled down to only 22 Degree. Perhaps the air conditioner duct needs to be opened and cleaned out to ensure more air flow.

Very nice staff, a classic 5 stars hotel (luxurious but not refined), very bad breakfast
Pros:

The place, the view, the legendary kindness of the people from Benin. The large hall, the facilities (restaurant, bars, pool).

Cons:

The breakfast is just ridiculous. The price is 45€/person and you don't receive ANY good product. The pastries are not good (any more). No good ham, no good cheese, not even dishes piled high with exotic fruits—even though they’re everywhere and cost next to nothing. Just processed foods to eat. Even at the supermaket (Super U) close to the hotel you can find much better products !! Once you know that, you can imagine what kind of eggs they use to make your omelet ! In my opinion, failing to serve decent food to your guests is unforgivable, especially at such high prices.
It’s a disgrace.

Does not deserve the value of money
Pros:

The luxury looks, comfort, the spa is incredible.

Cons:

Staff needs training, house keeping never answers, dont clean the rooms in the evening… staff doesnt take food orders carefully they dont care about allergies. However the staff of the spa is great.
