I loved everything about the hotel. Mireille made my stay really memorable. She was so good, kind, polite, patient and humble. She made sure to solve every single problem I had. You need more people like Mireille at Sofitel hotel😍

Beautiful, clean, modern,

Cons:

Everything was good. The only thing I did not like is because I booked with booking.com, I was not able to get my All Accor fidelity points. It’s a shame.

Great weekend away.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The amenities were fabulous- two separate sinks which is perfect for two guests in a room.

Cons:

Food was ridiculously expensive. There weren’t many buggies to get around at night when we went to Byblos club.
