Single stay it would suit if you only there to sleep.
Pros:

Close to town and transport .
If you staying just to use the facility to sleep then worth the stay .

Cons:

No room cleaning .
TV is in different language useless to us
Bathroom needs proper cleaning curtains etc.

Enjoyed the friendliness of the staff
Pros:

There was no complementary breakfast. Location was convenient with shops close by. Able to walk to town through the short cut steps. Very close to the National hospital. The hotel has a swimming pool.

Cons:

Room had no refrigerator.

Ok for the one night
Pros:

Old and needs several upgrades new showers mine was worse than useless also there is no fridge .the description offered a bath that’s why I paid extra it did not exist (no refund) it is clean and a nice pool but really needs upgraded no television have stayed here twice I don’t think I will go back but the staff are wonderful

Will recommend base on pricing and location
Pros:

I booked for 3 nights hoping to get some ac for the reasonable price. There was non until I request after 2 night due to ants everywhere eating you up. Bathroom had no light in the single room I stayed at. Pool is clean and good. Walking to the pier and seaside with tourist cruise ship area. A Chinese take out restaurant lose by. All in all good for the price. Owned by Chinese so no great expectations. But if one is affirmative things can be done and the manager is pleasant and accommodating.

Pros:

I use to stay in this place, somehow there are changes, its use to be quality, now lot has changed. Good location nearby everything. Everything inside including shower is not quality, according to the prices. I only like the pool and the staff.

Un séjour relaxant et paisible dans un cadre magnifique.
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment attentif aux attentes des clients, ils sont très réactifs aux demandes faites au dernier moment, la chambre est fonctionnelle. Mais dans tous les cas, le personnel est vraiment très agréable et gentil, on s’y sent comme à la maison. La piscine est chauffée et propre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et si je devais revenir je choisirai encore cet hôtel. 😁😄😄😃

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y est pas de frigo dans la chambre, c’est le seul point manquant à mes yeux.

Would get 0 stars in any other country. Staff are friendly, location is good. Don't expect service.

The Coconut has potential to be great.

Bed was good and clean at least.
Corner shop next door has supplies...

Cons:

Shower was random - sometimes ok-ish, sometimes no hot water, sometimes no water.
Paid extra for balcony - tiny and looks out over pig pen next door.
Wifi does not work in the rooms, works ok by the pool.
Nothing is included - have to ask repeatedly for towels, bath mats, toilet paper, tissues.
The room will not get cleaned unless you leave your key at the front desk in the morning. Don't be fooled by the 'do not disturb' sign....it means nothing.
Has Tv but all in Chinese (you cant change it), and have to pay for movies. Tv channels don't work.
Pool is waist deep (mostly)
Bathroom is old, run down, broken, smells like wee, not super clean.
Not many food options close by. Need to walk 10mins-ish. No food at hotel.
Friend booked the slightly bigger room with no balcony and it was a tad better than the balcony room. Still had the same issues with the shower, wifi and towels....
Friends staying at the Melanesian paid a fraction more and had quite nice rooms by comparison, good showers, good food options, and decent wifi.
Don't expect a view.

Staff are helpful and nice to work with nothing is really too much of a problem
Pros:

Even though they have a kitchen, they don’t supply breakfast. They could have an Nivan chef in there doing breakfast for people it would be most appreciative. I’m sure by the people who stay there.

Cons:

It would be good as they had Starlink. They only have one channel for European which is the local Vanuatu channel and it would be good if they had Foxtel or CNN in there as well for the non-Asian non-Chinese guest WhoGet fantastic Chinese Channels

Staff are nice and friendly and very helpful. Good value for money.
Pros:

It’s a pity that they don’t have current kitchen working they have all the facilities there but I’m not using it

Obviously, being able to have a meal on the site and also having more than the one TV Channel In English

Pros:

Staffs are so friendly,polite and kind. Affordable price. Just less than 15 mins walk to the shore. Room condition is fair. Have small gaming there.
