Y’a pas de cuisine dans la chambre ya pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel au moins pour servir c’est clients et si on demande pas de faire le nettoyage dans la chambre personne passe le faire

On aurait voulu profité du restaurant mais ce dernier était en travaux pendant notre séjour.

It’s a value for money property, but not until you step inside the basic room, that you read in the info pack there is cleaning only on request. New towels on request. You get what you pay for and really I just needed a shower and a bed to rest for the next day’s adventures.

Not having access to cooking, kitchen facilitiy.

I don't like to give bad reviews. I know it is low cost but the photos misrepresent what I found. The room I had on the night of my arrival was awful, the worst I've had for decades. It was very dirty- black oily smudges on and round switches, everything, including the scuffs provided was grimy. There were little insects in the bed- not bedbugs, I know those, maybe ants. The bathroom was dirty and shower broken. The only light was a bright white overhead. I'd booked 'with balcony' thinking that it might be a nicer room, but the tiny balcony was on top of the hotel air conditioning unit and looks at rubbish bins. There is no drinking water in the rooms, and there is no cafe or restaurant on site, it is quite far to anything for breakfast. I was pretty upset, would have checked out the next morning but I upgraded to a better room. It was like a different hotel then. My colleague arrived after me- his room in the main block had a single bed, no aircon, no fan, the window was broken so couldn't open. It is just no way to spend time to relax. We were working at the hospital, if it was a holiday it would be very disappointing.

Unfortunately at the time of my stay both the restaurant and casino were not operating, this was disappointing as the price and the fact they had an onsite restaurant were the main reason I chose Coconut Palms

The unclean rooms, moulding showers, minimal water coming from shower head as it was leaking out at wall. No hot water, out dates didn’t look like photos in booking site

No blackout curtains. Was up all night

Chinese owners cant even afford to keep the free coffee/cupachino reserves topped up & they have kept the once open outdoor cooking area for guest - to themsleves your not alowed in there China only.

They do building & renovations during the day to make the casino bigger which if you want to relax - you really cant.

The Chinese ownership seems sterile & Ni-Van staff has to ask them for anything & there a cameras all around the property.

En una carretera sin luz ni arcén, a unos 10 o 15 minutos andando al sitio más cercano para comer, por la noche resulta un riesgo. El hotel no tiene restaurante.

Ruido en la primera habitación (zumbido intermitente cada minuto) que por la noche continuaba; hasta que exigí un cambio, la segunda habitación mejor.

La primera era no tenía ni donde colocar la ropa y para ir al retrete había que atravesar la ducha.

En ambas la instalación eléctrica con mandos o lámparas colgando mal sujetos.

En la primer hormigas, me dicen que es por las flores cortadas que me pusieron en la cama. Excusa ridícula, si lo saben para que las ponen.
Sucio, ambas habitaciones.

En la segunda oía las conversaciones de otras personas ocasionalmente, mal insonorizado.

Malgré l'annonce, il n'y avait pas de restaurant et le bar était très limité. Les chambres sont assez de base, sans frigo, et la TV ne fonctionnait pas.

Банята беше мръсна и неподържана.
Няма никаква изолация. Говора и движението по коридора се чуваха много ясно
