Pros:

Nice employees and a nice hotel. For the price I don’t think making guests do housekeeping and garbage take out is appropriate.

The place is new, clean, in the center of ramallah. Everything is around , shopping, grocery, restaurants.
We had a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family of 6 for the second time, and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and made us feel like home. One of the best stays in Ramallah! I recommend anyone who has a family to check this Hotel out!!! Friendly staff, shopping within walking distance, clean rooms, excellent service. Highly recommended from a family who spent the best time together and planning to reserve it again very soon next 👍
