Pros:

It was nice that the staff helped me to upgrade to a larger room

Cons:

It was really weird that when I asked the receptionist to help me for calling a local restaurant booking, she told me it was not possible as her phone could not made a local call

Pros:

We stayed at the family foom. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for a family of four, with 2 toilets, 2 tvs and all necessary amenities.
The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Chinese border crossing and great public transportation connection to all sights, including St. Paul's ruins, Grand Lisboa and Cotai strip.

Bardzo czyste i komfortowe pokoje. W opcji 4 osobowej dostaliśmy 2 łazienki. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Personel pomocny- pozwolił nam zakwaterować się przed czasem oraz bezpłatnie zostać chwilę dłużej w dniu wykwaterowania. Blisko przystanek autobusowy oraz miejsca, gdzie można spróbować lokalnej kuchni.

Cons:

Personel miał problem z komunikacją w języku angielskim, ale radzi sobie translatorami.

干净、舒适，性价比超群
Pros:

酒店所在的楼，以及酒店本身的设施都非常新，房间虽然不算大，但拖着大行李完全够用；床软硬适中，睡的很舒服。房间打扫得很干净，周边环境很安静，视野也不错。从酒店到澳门半岛主要的景点不算近，但距离关闸在步行距离内，前往景点就在边上坐公交车也很方便。总之，这个条件、这个价格在澳门来说性价比很高。

Cons:

餐厅稍微有点小，吃早餐略显拥挤，不过我觉得就餐秩序管理的不错，不会混乱。
