- amazing staff from management to cleaning staff (thank you for bed swans to cleaning staff)

Pros:

On a aimé l"accueil et l"amabilité du personnel, le cadre et l"emplacement.Le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Cons:

La paroi de douche n"était pas étanche et du coup la salle de bain était inondée;
Idem dans le SPA.
Le miroir de la chambre était sale et n"a pas été nettoyé durant tout le séjour

Amazing experience
Pros:

The hotel is perfection… comfortable and very nice looking. Amazing! We just stayed for a night because of an early flight. But will definitely recommend it for a long stay. Very well located, in the center of Paramaribo. The staff was perfect, very nice and helpful. They even made us breakfast to go because our flight was too early to get to enjoy it the next morning.. very thoughtful. And not to mention the style, furniture and the whole architecture… perfect choice to enjoy as a couple, the pool is at the rooftop, with a bar and restaurant, not to mention the gym.. will come back for sure!

Excellent, à refaire
Pros:

Il est bien situé
Le personnel est très professionnel et réactif
Il est propre
Les produits mis à disposition sont de qualités
On y mange très bien et les cocktails sont excellents

Cons:

Juste le fait que le bar ferme un peu trop tôt , j’étais parti en week-end cocooning, je ne voulais pas sortir juste manger dans ma chambre et boire des cocktails mais à 23h ce n’était plus possible
Et j’ai voulu en acheter au casino mais c’était impossible
Cependant le manager m’en a tout de même offert un 🥰

It was quite ok , but need a little more fish items the staffs are so helpful and always with a smile on their face , best house keeping service

Un séjour exceptionnel, je reviendrai avec plaisir !
Pros:

Le service était irréprochable. Tout le personnel était accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était propre, literie très confortable et l’hôtel est idéalement situé.

Cons:

Rien à signaler, tout était parfait.
