Pros:

Very friendly staff and more than enough towels everywhere.
Quiet room with enough of everything.

Cons:

Food and drinks at the poolside Bar/Restaurant were too expensive and didnt taste that good.
The breakfast buffet was everyday nearly the same and not that tastefull.

Pros:

Tout ! De l’établissement jusqu’à l’ensemble du personnel.
Ils sont tous exceptionnels et débordent d’amour à travers leur professionnalisme. Tout était magique.

Fantastisch. Ik kom zeker weer terug in dit hotel
Pros:

1 Het ontbijt was prima, lekker, vers, uitgebreid, westers en orientaals.
De bediening was perfect en professioneel. Geen lange wachtijden. De dames Alicia en Shanaya benoem ik expliciet. Ze deden hun job erg goed.
2 De uitstraling van de lobby, de liften en de gangpaden. De schone, frisse lucht (potpouri). Geen duffe/muffe geur.
3. De kamer was schoon fris en goed belicht. De airco was goed op temperatuur. Het bed was mijn favoriet. Goed matras en geurlose kussens. De minibar was goed gevuld en dat vond ik erg fijn.
4. De badkamer was schimmelvrij en schoon. Frisse
hand/baddoeken. Alle accessories waren aanwezig.
5. De manager van de schoonmaak inspecteerde elke dag de kamer of deze goed is gemaakt .en of alles nog naar tevredenheid is.

Cons:

Verbeter punt:
Het in- en uitchecken duurde erg lang.
Vooral nu met de moderne technologie kan alles veel sneller en efficienter.
