HOTEL TANO

The lobby was nice, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. I especially liked that there was a shop on the first floor. I stayed in a suite for three nights, but the towels kept changing in type and amount, so they were inconsistent. The amenities also never matched the number of people. When I asked, they brought more right away, but that’s why I couldn’t give it five stars. Overall, it was a good hotel.

Internet was weak. Tv wouldn’t work.

First time at Hotel Tano...but very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean. Will definitely come back again.

The staff here is amazing! The rooms are clean and hotel pricing is very competitive. Hope the word doesn’t get out and pricing increases as this is my go to spot when visiting the island. Stayed here a total of 10 days on two different reservations. Keep up the great work Hotel Tano and thank you for the up-keep and hospitality!

Location and staff are friendly and professional. Service

Hotel was decent. I heard it used to be a not so pleasant hotel, but they did a good job on the renovation. The closet sliding door bottom track looks dirty, but the tracks are rusty. The bathroom is good except you see spots of rust in the shower area. Water pressure is great! I asked one of the housekeeper, I think she’s young. I wanted the room vacuumed, and she used a broom instead. The place is great when you want to jest on out quick instead of those big hotels that take time on the elevator. I had a rental car and parking is alright. It’s not a hotel that the beach is outside, it’s a walk to the beach, which isn’t too far depend on the beach you’re going to.

Light in the shower was out. Pool was unavailable due to a party, there were about 60 people out there which for the size, was to many. I would have liked a discount or coupon for something to accomodate. Otherwise clean rooms, comfortable bed. Overall pleaant stay.
