Struttura intima e riservata. Ottimo ristorante con un'offerta molto ampia, colazione ottima. Bella spa, camera pulita e spaziosa. Bellissima vista dalle stanze e dal ristorante.

Cons:

Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile visitare la cantina o eventualmente fare una degustazione durante la cena alla receptionist ma non ci è stato fatto sapere niente. Abbiamo chiesto per ben due volte alla cameriera (che sapeva a malapena l'italiano) se era possibile fare questa degustazione mentre eravamo a cena ma non ha chiesto al responsabile di sala e alla fine abbiamo desistito (ma eravamo molto interessati ad assaggiare i loro vini). Inoltre la cameriera ha commentato negativamente la scelta di un piatto, cosa assolutamente non professionale. A parte questo tutto perfetto.

Pros:

I locali comuni e le stanze molto accoglienti, il personale gentile e molto disponibile. Buona la posizione anche se fuori Merano, con bus pubblici comodi e sentieri curati per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi.

Nice facilities, but wouldn’t recommend if you don’t speak German and get the mindset.

Rooms lacked kettle or coffee machine
No slippers provided
Some adult only facilities were closed (shared with their sister hotel)
Most staff lack basic English. Mostly German speaking or Italian
You got to sit at the same table everyday, regardless of the availability of tables with views (never ever seen elsewhere!)

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La camera era ampia, spaziosa e ben curata, trasmettendo subito una sensazione di comfort e relax. In bagno erano presenti omaggi di cortesia di qualità, oltre ad accappatoi e teli dedicati per l’accesso alla sauna e alla piscina, un dettaglio molto apprezzato.

La zona wellness è splendida: la piscina interna ed esterna sono entrambe molto belle e ben tenute, così come la sauna, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa.

Il personale si è dimostrato sempre cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Ottima anche la ristorazione: sia la cena che la colazione erano abbondanti e di grande qualità.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consiglio senza esitazioni.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto meno positivo è stato il letto, che purtroppo ho trovato piuttosto scomodo. Anche i cuscini inizialmente erano molto sottili e poco confortevoli. Tuttavia, va sottolineato che lo staff è intervenuto subito con grande disponibilità, provvedendo a cambiarli tempestivamente.

Staff accogliente e struttura restaurata insieme allo Schenna resort (è un centro unico e collegato).
SPA eccellente, servizi ottimi e la disponibilità è veramente apprezzabile.
Colazione fantastica.

Peccato che per passare da una spa all’altra si debba uscire all’aperto, in inverno non è il massimo.

Pros:

Letto comodo.
Spa molto bella, gradevole e pulita.

Cons:

Prendere una suite vuol dire volere un confort maggiore. Ma averla con affaccio sull'ingresso non si tratta più di suite perché bisogna stare sempre con la tenda chiusa. E poi una suite dovrebbe avere 2 ambienti separati.
Ho scelto questo posto anche per la favolosa colazione pubblicizzata. Per chi mangia il dolce assolutamente non lo é. Ci sono delle crepes, waffles e mini pancake bruciati e rattrappiti che non facevano assolutamente venir voglia di essere mangiati. 2 torte e dei mini cornetti anch'essi poco appetibili. Per chi fa colazione salata ampja scelta.
In camera neanche delle ciabattine per la spa.
