I liked the way people welcomed us and the way we were communicating with every one. In general everything were good. I can't co.plain at this point.
I didn't like the cleaning people. They were not doing a great job and because of thus issues, I was pushed to make a decision by moving to another hotel without finishing my days there. I loose my money for that issue by bookin anoyher hoter while I was supposed to finish my stays there
I really appreciated the positive attitude of the front office team, excellent communication, and attention to detail. They made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my stay. The front office team provided excellent customer service and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
There was nothing in particular that i did not like. Everything was well organised, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. I was very satisfied with our experience.
