Cleanliness
7.4
Generally praised as very clean and 'impeccable' in several reviews, but there are recurring complaints about housekeeping lapses (beds not properly made, inconsistent cleaning) that lower the score slightly.
Service
7
Mixed feedback: multiple guests highlight friendly, helpful front-office staff and a responsive manager, while others report slow room service, morose/unfriendly receptionists, and repeated payment questioning at breakfast.
Location
8.8
Frequently noted as a strong positive: 'very good' location and convenient placement are mentioned repeatedly and consistently praised.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are described as clean, comfortable and balconies are especially appreciated; one consistent negative is that some guests find rooms small for the price.
Amenities
7.2
Breakfast variety and restaurant facilities receive praise, but there are complaints about missing in-room amenities (no slippers, no dental kit, missing paper towels) and inconsistent housekeeping service.
Value for Money
6.8
Perceived value is mixed: some guests feel the price is high for room size or extra costs (expensive breakfast), and one guest even moved hotels because of cleaning issues, indicating lower perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Food and breakfast are frequently praised ('too wow', 'lots of variety', restaurant food great), though a few guests mention breakfast is expensive.
Overall Experience
7.8
Overall sentiment leans positive with many guests indicating they'd return and praising staff and atmosphere, balanced by notable service and amenity issues affecting some stays.
