I will say the gal that was working the food/kitchen/dining area (same gal both days) was always pleasant, kind and hard working!!
The first day we went down was about 25 minutes before breakfast ended and people were clammering for whatever was left over. I ended up just having a bagel because a large family came in and cleaned out what was remaining. It looked as if only one gal was working the kitchen and dining area and it was busy for a Monday. Regardless, I will never pay for breakfast, I would rather go to a sit down somewhere or even a drive thru for that matter. The second day was a bit better, but again I would rather go to a sit down or elsewhere.
Zimmer sauber und groß. Sehr ruhig.
Um ca.8 Uhr zum Frühstück gekommen welches zwischen 6 Uhr und 10 Uhr vom Hotel angesetzt wird. Keine warmen Speisen, kein Kaffee, kein Waffelteig vorhanden. Selbst nach einer halben Stunde warten keine Bewegung von Seiten des Personals zu sehen. Abgereist ergo ohne Frühstück.
I didnt stay there
I didnt get to have my refund even though I canceled in the first 5 mins. Because I was rerouted to a different hotel. Which wasn't my fault but still got charged.
I really liked the staff very nice and helpful
I didn’t like that the pool said it was heated and it wasn’t ! I didn’t like that the breakfast bar didn’t really keep the food hot and my breakfast was cold the shower had no curtain and water dropped all over the floor my clothes got really wet
Good location, brand new build
The folks that work there are above and beyond friendly and helpful. Always a smile and “what can I do for you” attitude. A very pretty property. Loved the “library” a room to chat or have a meal. We cooked on the grill and ate in the library and it was excellent.
The very small toilet. It is very difficult to get up and down on a toilet that small especially if you’ve had any type of leg issues (I’ve had knee replacement and broken femur). Our friend also complained of the small toilet. A woman of size. Our king size bedroom was a little tight. It was difficult to walk around the bed if there was anything out of place. Tidy was the word of the day
The place is fairly new.
They could use a Chef for the continental breakfast. Also too, the front door of your room is to high from the threshold, not energy efficient especially in the winter time.
Location was ideal and the room was sparkling clean.

This stay was amazing! My room was huge, comfortable and pristine! The property was gorgeous with a ton of added amenities like fire pits, grills, games, etc. The staff was very friendly! I will not stay anywhere else for future trips to ShowLow!

The hotel was wonderful. The grounds are clean and well kept. The room was very clean, well decorated and ample room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a plus having the restaurant/bar on the premises. A favorite thing was the outside seating area. It was nice to be able to enjoy the outdoors/weather.
It was a great area to stay in. Definitely will recommend staying here again. The name was kind of confusing, especially since it’s called the different one on Google?
