Mejorable, bastante mejorable
Pros:

El apartamento en sí fue bastante acogedor. El baño y la limpieza de 10. Las toallas muy buenas, buen detalle de agua en la nevera. Y el equipamiento de cafetera tostadora y nevera muy bien.

Cons:

El gps no nos llevaba bien, pone que hay aparcamiento privado y no es así. Llegamos tarde de noche y la app del registro es lo único para abrir y da problemas. No sabíamos que apartamento era el nuestro y tuvimos que probar el código en todos los cajetines. Sin duda estaba deseando volver ya que es un sitio que pintaba genial, pero creo que hay opciones mejores por la zona. Llamé días antes avisando de que llegaríamos tarde para pedir un LCO, y fue una llamada fría con un no rotundo, cuando el check out es a las 11.
Doy gracias que la compañía con la que fui fue de diez. Pero la próxima vez probablemente iremos a otro sitio.
Encima no había fotos del apartamento que se me entrego, las fotos son de los superiores de arriba.

Los mandos de la tele hacen que se enciendan ambas y es un lío. Luego el mando del ventilador sólo había uno y entonces el ventilador de la cama no se encendía porque no era ese mando lo que hizo que tuviéramos que encender el AC, nos hubiese gustado el ventilador del techo.

Location on seafront. Large apartement . Trees and shrubs. Location beside a walk near some monuments. Small beach alongside apartement.

Cons:

Green fake grass on grounds would have been better with just cement. Or would be really nice if some areas were tiled. Advertised as Adults only but some children were there during our stay..some guest playing loud music in gardens during our stay. Little bit of walk into centre where most restaurants are.

Amazing, beautiful calm oasis that just needs some more thought around what’s needed for a stay - especially when it’s s

This is our 3rd stay and we love it. It’s very peaceful, clean, modern and great outdoors.

Cons:

We’ve never had comments before and this time is only about some of the facilities - the apartment needs more to use the microwave, only pots and pans available for the hob. Needed blankets as it’s cold in the spring, needs mugs and big glasses, had to have 2 cups of coffee every time and 2 glasses of water. Also needs a t-towel. Basically kitchen could be better supplied, an apartment for 4 with 4 of everything means a lot of washing up!

Rustige locatie in mooie omgeving en prachtig uitzicht.
Pros:

De locatie was prachtig gelegen aan zee, zeer rustig en steeds parkeerplaats. Ook een grote terras aan het appartement. Er was een mooi zwembad en ligbedden. Het appartement was ruim.

Cons:

Wat meer servies, bestek en pannen die nog bruikbaar zijn. De pannen in de accommodatie waren ingekrast en dus niet meer goed om te gebruiken (PFAS). Voorraad blokjes voor de afwasmachine en meer keukenhanddoeken waren handig geweest.
Ook heb ik een theepot gemist.
Wel vriendelijk personeel die steeds klaarstond.
Weinig haakjes in de badkamer en deze die er waren zaten los.

El departamento de 3 dormitorios es mas lindo de lo que ves en las fotos, esta completo, suuuper equipado, limpio, todo de muy buena calidad y la decoración es preciosa. Sus vistas son imperdibles

I would come again now knowing the way into town but would definitely book a bigger apartment.
Pros:

The grounds were absolutely stunning, very pretty, scenic, very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of space to relax , sunbathe and dine without being near anyone else.

Cons:

We had a two double bed apartment. Bedrooms and kitchen were fine but the relaxing seating area was only big enough for two. We bought one of the outside furniture chairs inside as an extra seat as there were three of us. Which made the kitchen a bit cramped.
You can’t access the prom direct from the back of the property which we thought we could have done. Luckily we are mobile and we could walk over the rocks to access the prom to the right. If you want to walk to the centre of village joyosa you have to walk 20 mins along the road. Which is flat. You can take the tram but you have to walk 10 mins in the opposite direction and journey time is 5 mins. So easier to walk.

Gran entorno, gestión mejorable
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional y las habitaciones están decoradas con un gusto exquisito. La tranquilidad que se respira es inmejorable. Desde el primer momento, el ambiente resulta muy agradable, con un aroma cuidado y acogedor. El jardín está impecablemente mantenido y las zonas comunes reflejan ese mismo nivel de detalle y armonía.

Cons:

El proceso de check-in fue poco sencillo comparado con todos los que estamos acostumbradas. Pero con ayuda del servicio fue posible.

Dice que incluía desayuno continental y en ningún momento lo tuvimos. De hecho no nos importó el precio teniendo en cuenta esta posibilidad, que no es tal. A tener muy en cuenta.

El agua caliente se acabó poco tiempo después de empezar a ducharnos, no sé si hubo algún problema con el calentador.

A la hora de salir, estábamos a las 11 en la habitación y vino una empleada a preguntarnos a qué hora salimos. Lo sentimos bastante invasivo.
