Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins. La chambre est spacieuse et jolie. La mienne n'avait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur mais était lumineuse. Il faut savoir que chaque mardi il y a soirée une au nieau du rooftop qui est très bruyante et qui se termine à minuit (Je n'ai pas pu trouver cette information sur Booking avant de réserver). La nourriture est excellente. La vue du rooftop est agréable et la position de l'hôtel (au centre) est pratique.

Probably the staff as they tried to help. The food was also ok
The hotel facilities and ambience could be better. Cracked walls, leaking toilet. Paper thin walls which meant you could hear everything including their customers that came to the rooftop bar who were leaving late.
Despite booking a room for 2 inclusive of breakfast - we were told breakfast was for 1 person and the other had to pay. Never heard that in my entire life and I've travelled a bit.
The staff did try to sort it and said they spoke to the manager and he disagreed which for me even made the matter worse particularly as the hotel was not exactly the cheapest.
WiFi connectivity was poor. Only good in the reception area.
Overall all I would say is manage your expectations.

Bon emplacement pour visiter la ville sans se perdre. Situé non loin des lieux attrayants.
Les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses et bien arrangées. La toiture terrasse donne une belle vue des collines et de la place de l'indépendance. Il règne une bonne ambiance lors des soirées jazz qui y sont organisées.
Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. On attend tous les bruits du couloir et de la chambre voisine et inversement.
Durant mon séjour, les bruits des travaux sur la toiture terrasse ne me permettaient pas d'avoir un bon sommeil ou un petit moment de repos car ma chambre était juste en dessous de la terrasse.
Toutefois, j'encourage l'hôtel à terminer les travaux afin de garantir un agréable séjour aux clients.

THE location was what attracted me...but it ended up being and over all beautifull stay.
Evelyne the beautiful lady that cleaned the room, Arlene with a beautiful smile that served us delicious breakfast on the 3rd floor roof top beautiful views..Divine, the receptionist beautiful soul...without forget Shanis the very hands on and very welcoming manager.....overall....amazing stay will def come back.
The open toilet....wasnt my favorite....i love my privacy..and i didnt have that.
