Quality Inn Suites, Guyana

It was the most disgusting place i ever went in to,expedia should be ashamed to put this so call hotel on there site.a/c doesn't work,door lock have a big space you could see through the bedroom. Shower disgusting the whole place is disgusting. Expedia should give me my money back .worst hotel ever

This was the WORSE "hotel" I have ever stayed ... the water was rusty, after I had a shower I smelled of rust. There was no water connection to the toilet, I had to fill a pail to flush, and there was visible rat droppings in the room. The attendant did not provide me with the code for the door, if left and wanted to re-enter, I had to get the attendant to open the door.

The property and the owners need an upgrade.

RAVEN was a very big help no complaints….on behalf of the room condition (need to replace that shower head…..barely any water comes out and the faucet itself is dirty…..the (white bed sheets still had lip stick n make up stains from prior customers…..Pillow Cases were Dirty… who ever that supervisor is should worry about fixing up more then emphasizing that a visiting guess must leave premises by 10pm overall 5.9 outta 10 for me and that’s pretty fair

The best feature about this place is that it's very secured. Considering the resonable price, I think that it's worth the price paid. The breakfast served is great & preparer terrific.

Everything is good but the environment doesn’t look great .

The hotel is very basic, and old fashioned. Poor breakfast - one egg, toast, coffee or tea, fruit.
No blankets, broken shower, only hot water in the face basin.

Terrible

budget stay, not so clean, they switch off the AC every day so when you return to your room its always HOT.

Staff were great ,room was dirty ,limited to very small amount of water in shower ..bed sheets and towels were all clean .floordirty and sticky .would recommend an upgrade if necessary.

First of all they didn’t even prepared a room for me. They put me in a room which was not smelling clean, the bathroom smells like stale urine, bathtub and toilet, it’s like they don’t clean with cleaning products. I can say so much more than was not good about my stay there , but I’ll leave it as that.

Some of the fittings (like the main door on the step which had a bar-clear trip hazard) were not safe/proper. The hot water was lukewarm and the lighting could do with an upgrade.

The place is OK. I didn't have access to a microwave or hot water to make tea after the kitchen closes at 10am

The parking was very unsafe. We parked, my husband got out the vehicle and fell in a man hole, lost his prescription glasses in the hole and management did nothing to assist in recovering the lost items which also included one shoe and a baseball cap. After one week we kept checking this hole which was not covered and remained uncovered for someone else to fall down in that hole filled with foul smelling drainage. The air conditioner unit was very noisy.

Great location. Close to many stores.
