Great Rooms, Excellent Shower and Friendly Staff
Pros:

I really liked the hotel. It was attractive, the rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. I especially liked the shower. I also appreciated the fact that they offered room service, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cons:

I didn’t like because I was told that the food was halal, but I couldn’t eat it without seeing the halal certificate. Also, the toilets in the lobby once were really stinky.

Extremely bad experience, hotel, staff and environment
Pros:

Nothing much I liked about the hotel. It was annoying experience.

Cons:

Facility was worst experience i ever had. Lost trust with booking.com that you rate so high these hotels.
Water in the washroom was leaking and making noise. Wrote on Google, complained on front desk did what I could. NO Response from staff. They acted dumb. Manager was shouting on staff in reception area. Bad environment for hotel stay.
If this was not enough, at checkout a lady staff comes and asks, there was chocolate jar which is missing????? Ahhh that was blame of stealing.

Excellent Hospitality and Great Stay
Pros:

Excellent hospitality, clean rooms and friendly staff. Amisha, Arjun, Bhumi and Shivam were great and friendly along with dining staff Deepali and chef Varsha who prepared delicious meals. Highly recommend a stay here at Ramada Encore if you plan on visiting Indore.

Excellent value for money experience
Pros:

Location is you going to Ujjain or out of Indore it’s ideal location. Lovely chefs and staff for amazing dinning experience

Cons:

Nothing as such just i feel the house keeping needs to improve like replacing handwash etc had a small issue twice
