Poor service, not upto mark.
Cons:

The staff was not trained according to 5 stars. Poor service.. even they regret for some items during breakfast. Rooms are cleaned but overall the stay was not good. After calling 5 tyms room service boy reached us and cleaned the washroom and serving eatables at same time without washing hands even.
At dinner tym also many things are messed up...
