The centralized air conditioning system of the room was very poor, we were actually sweating at night, there was no air flow, and after complaining twice at mid night 2:00 am and 3:45 am there was no satisfactory solution.

I had to call reception for everything that should be available in the room to begin with. Knowing very well the number of guest in the room
Hotels should have made sure that basics like slipper, hair dryer, extra towel..also shower was broken and I called the reception which shld have been fixed before letting a guest in
