The balcony's door lock is not working . Mr. Mahaveer has fixed the problem at midnight, thanks to him.

Cons:

The reception is on the top floor, which is not suitable for Citadines.
The welcome attention is very poor.

Very nice apartment hotel in Gurugram.
Pros:

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it had ample space. Having a washer in the apartment was nice too.

Cons:

No dryer in the apartment made it very inconvenient. There was one dryer on the top floor for the whole building.
There was one pool was not open due to maintenance.
There was no coffee maker in the rooms.
No bar in the hotel.
