The rooms were hot no ac windows open so If the air was on you wouldn’t feel it. I did not like the vibe and won’t be returning

It’s perfect

I loved staying at this property! I have stayed at a lot of different co-living spaces in my travels and this was one of the best, the property is beautiful inside and out, the location is very convenient and the residents were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a fun, prebuilt community on the west side!

Definitely one of the nicer coliving/hostel type accommodations. I used to live in the area for years- Only passing through town for a couple days between gigs so definitely served purpose. I was hardly there.
A few inquiries before I could get my access code to get in so drove around. My bed pod not ready for my check in so waited again. Waited again for locker code.
And it would have been great if the kitchen was kept up. Dishes piled, trash overflowing (I changed the trash can bag twice in 1 day- before I left in morning and when I got back at night the overflowing again. same for main floor bathroom). The stove really needed scrubbing of dried food, floor needed sweeping of food. I drew the line at cleaning up after others. Slept well. Comfortable bed. I’d booked again for a short term through pass.

This was one of the best places I've stayed in. It was very comfortable all the room mates I met were really nice and accommodating. It's super clean and cozy

Large coliving space with many people, bed was taken on arrival, I had things stolen in the fridge.

I booked this place around a month ago my trip, everything was working well, 1 day before my flight they said there is no more beds so they have to move us to another place “downtown LA” I rented initially this place because it’s close to the beach, it would be very far, they did full refund but I have to rent a expensive place after.
I don’t understand why they overbook the beds if there is not enough, also 1 day before I arrive? Terrible experience with them

The service was deplorable. Very noisy any time

I have had the most amazing time here. Travelled solo, left with amazing friends. It’s an upscale space that is very cozy and felt safe. Nice fireplace, amazing rooftop, spacious kitchen and cute balcony! And a hot tub. Very close to the beach!!
It’s such a nice place for a young girl. Or anyone for that matter.
Robert (the owner) also helped me out a ton when I was stuck and needed a place to stay. He is the best. You won’t regret your stay here. It had everything I needed and more. It’s so worth the price!!! A hidden gem, truly!
