Great place, amateur management

Great location in a stately house.

Cons:

The check-in was a disaster, driven by poor communication and severe delays:

Misleading Bag Drop: I was told a bag drop was available for my early arrival, but only found out after reaching the property that it was a 30-minute walk away on Grafton Street.

Severe Delays: At the official check-in time, the cleaning team was delayed in traffic. I had to wait 90 extra minutes just to drop my bags at the property, and another 45 minutes for the room to actually be ready.

Missing Keys: When the cleaning crew finally let me in, they didn't have the keys. They had to be sent over by taxi 15 minutes later.

The Verdict: Everything that could go wrong did. The phone agents did their absolute best to help, but the poor pre-arrival communication caused a lot of unnecessary frustration.

Pros:

The bedroom was beautiful and the bed was so comfy! The neighbourhood was also lovely, with easy access to food, drink, and pharmacy. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The front door was a bit hard to open and close properly, and it would be nice if a small fan could be available in the room for hotter days.

Yazmin at the central office for City Breaks was amazing beyond words!!!

It was unique. Like a home (which it was)

Could not find a way to cool it off! Quite hot in room. No where to keep food

Fabulous place to stay.
Pros:

Beautiful building. Comfy bed, lovely linen. Good location, easy to walk into city centre. Perfect for a city break.

Cons:

Couldn't open the windows and it was unusually hot during our stay. A fan would have been helpful.

Das im Zimmer ist es extrem warm geworden obwohl es drausen nur 25 Grad waren, das Fenster blieb nur offen wenn man einen Müllereimer dazwischen stellte, im Zimmer roch es extrem muffig, Wasserschadenfleck an der Decke, Flecken auf dem Teppich, Bedienung der Nachttischlampen extrem umständlich, das Wasser in der Dusche kam nur warm auch wenn man kalt eingestellt hatte, W-Lan stabilität unterirdisch
