Good option to stay just outside of downtown
Pros:

The location is a 2 min walk from a bus stop that you can take from the airport - very convenient. The air conditioning works well which is very needed in the summer months. The room is clean and well organized with outlets beside both beds. The beds are comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. There are lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby - a bit south (near / past Thomas Street).

Cons:

The area in general is nice but can be “a bit dodgy” as some of the locals explained to us. We were advised not to spend much time outside at night in the area by the hotel / river, but more south / the other side of Thomas Street was very nice - lots of great pubs and restaurants. It’s a short walk to both the Guinness storehouse and Temple Bar area. The rooms are very small, but I think that’s the trade off for a budget hotel.

Great value
Pros:

Great value!!! modern design of the rooms, very good breakfast, rooms are very well equipped. Bathroom was clean and very comfortable. The was enough space even with two big suitcase (we had a double bed).
The hotel is safe (the doors and locked in the evening and only guests of the hotel can enter).
Very good location - all main attractions are within a walking distance.
Because my gf had birthday on our trip I opted for celebration package and I was very satisfied with what hotel provided

Cons:

The only downside is the space between the bed and the wall of the room - it’s very narrow so it’s not very comfortable when you want to walk around the bed
