Great location close to temple bar and downtown location

Wir wissen, das in dieser Zeit des Coronavirus alles ein wenig anders ist, aber das wir vor verschlossenen Hoteltüren standen und niemand, nicht einmal telefonisch erreichbar war, ist schon alles Andere als ein guter Service. Auch wurden wir nicht informiert, weder telefonisch noch eine einfache email. Absolut Kundenunfreundlich!!!

Pelo valor cobrado, achei que o local deixou a desejar. Minha esposa ao entrar no quarto, pensou em trocar de lugar, mas resolvemos ficar. O atendimento na recepção não foi dos melhores. Os funcionários não foram muito simpáticos.
Acredito que pode-se melhorar muito.
Achei a recepção muito bagunçada. Muitas coisas fora do lugar.

It was a great stay , I enjoyed it. The rooms were comfortable and tidy and the kitchen was easily accessible and clean. I would recommend to anyone coming to stay in Dublin for a weekend

Sejour sans chauffage..et celui de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas malgre nos demandes repetees au receptionniste.
Literie correcte et couette chaude heureusement !!
Sinon l auberge est bien placée.

Hôtel difficile à trouver, pas de panneau indicateur, très sommaire lieu d accueil.. Plus style auberge de jeunesse sans charme aucun odeur de javel entêtante... Serviettes de toilette... Peu engageante.. Pas de menage

Very cold room, only one very small heater. Water from the faucet was freezing. Needed to let run for approximately 10 minutes before it could warm up.

location is great. Staff are great, room is ok . The only thing I feel cold and the smell Inside the room disturbing me . And also there’s no chair and table

This was easily the worst place I've ever stayed. Tjhe room was freezing, outside door was broken. They knew that we were arriving and the heat was off when we arrived. After 4 hours it was still freezing, walls were ice cold and the room may have not been warmed for several days.. The hotel staff said it was too bad and would get warm--but it didn't. After much complaining and several trips to complain we finally get space heaters.

The breakfast was non existent. I am actually surprised there is a place this terrible on hotels.com!! Hotel.com should have some standards.

It was not clean, bad smelly, a meager breakfast and so bad attitude of reception. I never recommend you this hostel.

One reception staff member completely unsmiling and unwelcoming. The other reception staff member much more responsive. There is a problem with ventilation in room 8. The sloping window does not get opened routinely and the room does not seem to get an airing. It's difficult for a guest to open. Fan in bathroom didn't operate while i was there. When I reported this on leaving i was told there was a separate wall switch, so perhaps that's ok.

Problemi con l’acqua, dopo varie lamentele per assenza totale di acqua calda non abbiamo ricevuto nessun aiuto

Quilt on my bed was the width of the top of a single bed, could barely wrap it around myself in the room with no heating

there was no hot water in the shower, and the receptionists were very rude

Super cold no heat
No sign or any indication it existed
No shower due to some kind of construction
Cornflakes and toast pretty poor offer

Nice place no noise from the street, not much of a breakfast... Bread and cornflakes....
