Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat

Overall beautiful resort, however the ongoing construction in the hotel (not fully ready hotel) it’s still impacting negatively to the experience. Once ready it will be great!

This may be one of our favorite properties in our honeymoon. It is newer so the gym was not yet ready but that was okay. The pool was so relaxing! They have dining on the property but since it was slow season it wasn’t a buffet breakfast like advertise, again not that big of deal. Highly recommend renting bikes for free from them and just heading into the city to eat! Also they do take you on golf carts to the city for free also! Very very nice resort

A beautiful place to stay surrounded by the karsts. Away from it all but a golf cart ride into town . Loved it

J’adore cet hôtel . Cela fait 3 fois que j’y retourne . Le cadre est calme et parfait . Un paradis sur terre . Le problème ce sont les douches . Aucune ne fonctionne . J’avais pris une villa familiale, la douche dans la chambre parentale ne fonctionnait pas car l’eau débordait instantanément . Ensuite on prenait la douche dans la chambre des enfants, les canalisations sont bouchées . L’eau débordait de partout . C’était l’inondation pendant tout le séjour . Ce problème je l’avais déjà prévenu lors de mon 1er séjour à l’hôtel . Apparemment ils n’ont rien fait . Vu le prix que l’on paie par jour pour la campagne au Vietnam c’est beaucoup (plus de 200 euros par nuit ) . Enfin leur machine carte bleue ne marche pas pour une carte cb français !!! J’adore cet hôtel . Il faudrait qu’ils réparent leur salles de bain !!

The hotel was clean, nice view. But hotel was understaff, and the staff need better training.

this place was absolutely beautiful and the service was impeccable. we were there for the soft opening so we felt lucky to sort of have the place to ourselves while they were still doing finishing touches. the property is gorgeous and it’s close to the little town where everything is. they have a free shuttle to the town or nice bicycles you can rent. the rooms were so nice and brand new!

Beautiful and scenic, perhaps the best property in Tam Coc. Nestled between misty limestone mountains, Jiva provides a serene getaway with superb service from employees, a delicious and plentiful breakfast, and beautifully designed rooms each with a Mountain View. It was so beautiful that we extended our stay by a night. While the service and atmosphere were wonderful, Jiva retreat is in a “soft opening,” with spa and sauna services not yet available and ongoing construction of amenities listed online. This information is not on the Hotels.com or Google, and we were not made aware of this until our arrival. This was a disappointing, as we had planned to use these services when we booked. The mattress was also very firm, which affected sleeping comfort. Overall a lovely stay and we would love to return in the future. When the retreat has full amenities, it will undoubtedly be a five star experience.

Service is amazing here because they are so hospitable and generous with their time and resources. All that you’ll need is here so you won’t me missing out anything at all. But what we loved most is the serenity and peace of this place. Take a bike ride or simply a stroll around the garden here. It’s so beautiful!!!
