Hotel que cumple con lo necesario
Pros:

Que el hotel está cerca de muchos lugares ricos para comer. Y las habitaciones están amplias y bonitas.

Cons:

Para empezar la entrada al estacionamiento del hotel es complicada de encontrar y no está muy bien señalada. Falta señalamientos en el sótano del estacionamiento. Al ingresar me dieron una habiatacion de 1 cama cuando reserve una de 2 camas y les llamé y me cambiaron de habitación, en la nueva habitación había para preparar cafe en pero no vasos o tazas, pedí y me las llevaron. El área de albercas no es muy grande y estaba super llena.

Es la 2da vez que nos hospedamos con ustedes, lamentablemente nos falló la camioneta y se tuvo que quedar en la agencia de Mazatlan, durante el servicio que llegó la grua al hotel el guardia se porto muy amable y en cuanto a la habitación nuevamente excelente, nos sigue encantado.

Seguramente a corto plazo volveremos por la camioneta y esperamos volver a hospedarnos con ustedes para disfrutar más del hotel que por temas externos con la camioneta no logramos disfrutar al máximo del hermoso jacuzzi en la habitación.
