Pros:

So lovely. Apartment complex was so quiet. We had a huge apartment & would be amazing if we had family stay with us. We used the roof top for a short time whilst waiting for transport as we only stayed for 1 night. We would love to stay again. There are works going on opposite but I think this is Tulum as a whole - it wasn’t disturbing and staff were lovely & helpful.

Wife’s 40th birthday trip. The staff treated us great (they were helpful and helped make this one of her best birthday’s ever), better than most places at our price point. She had such a great birthday that she’s already planning another trip for January 2027 with our kid(s). Room was clean, comfortable, a big couch to sit on, kitchenette was a plus with a big fridge, an AC that worked awesome at keeps us cool at night and the most effective ceiling fans I’ve ever encountered, we had our own plunge pool to escape the heat, our room had an in room washer/dryer combo for when it came time to do laundry (though written instructions would have been helpful) the maintenance guy tried his best to give us a tutorial) but we never figured out ‘dry’ a newly opened rooftop bar and a rooftop pool that we had to ourselves for most of our trip. About a 10-15 minute walk to a bunch of places on Calle 7 Sur for dinner, there’s a good couple places to eat on the way there. About a 30 minute walk to the new Super AKI grocery store for provisions (with a good rate ATM for when you need Pesos). Looking forward to our next trip to Bloom Tulum in La Veleta.

Las instalaciones están bastante bien, el staff muy amable y servicial.Sólo no servía el Jacuzzi de la habitación, pero no es algo tan importante. En general bastante bien.

I had the most wonderful stay at Bloom.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The service was top notch and the receptionists help us with everything. From arranging taxis, helping us to book activities, atvs etc, nothing was too small or too big.

The apartment was luxurious. The interior design was impeccable. My two young kids felt like home and were sad to leave.

The roof top pool, fire pit, gym and three jacuzzis were great. Great location to main attractions.

I don’t tend to leave reviews but I had to.

Do not hesitate to book.

Thank you to all staff at Bloom for making our family holidays memorable.
