Our TV would not work due to no remote. Front desk associate had to come and unplug the cable.

Loved the location, friendly staff, room spacious, but upgrades were not practical.
Pros:

Great location! Lots of restaurants and stores close by.

Cons:

Upgrades to the bathroom were not practical. The sink bowl took up the entire counter leaving nowhere to place toiletries. Also no towel racks/hooks. The bathroom door was removed and a fancy farm door installed…unfortunately it did not cover the entire opening which left gaps on the sides (zero toilet privacy).

Floors were sticky - staff gave us towels and bleach spray to clean with.

Room door security lock did not work. The problem was remedied by the staff removing the inner part of the door jamb which made the door even easier to break into if someone really wanted to.

Pros:

The staff was pleasant. The location was convenient. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

While I am not particularly tech savvy, I found the TV channel selection difficult to navigate. Never could find a channel guide. The complimentary breakfast room was not open at 7am, but the food was out and ready when the staff opened the room.
