Atualmente a melhor opção de Hotel na JB. Novo,maravilhosamente decorado,com café da manhã sensacional,vários restaurantes para jantar,onde destaco dois que foram o Mirabelle e o Rialto.
Piscinas frente mar com a melhor vista do Burj Al Arab e do espetacular pôr do Sol de Dubai...
Academia com excelentes aparelhos,funcionando 24/7,ao lado de uma piscina coberta e aquecida que compõem o spa que não encontro adjetivo para definir a beleza dela e da vista do mar.
Resumindo,nossa terceira visita a Dubai foi maravilhosa por tudo que conhecemos da cidade,mas teve seu apogeu quando acertamos reservar e nos hospedar no Marsa Al Arab.

Was a good hotel, but the staff training isn’t up to par. Issues with passing security, staff on their phones, having to walk up to the bar for service when there’s 5 people standing around. The staff need to match the level of luxury the hotel charges. But it was one of the most beautifully built hotels I’ve ever stayed at so that’s a plus

Short Staycation!
Pros:

I am a big fan of Jumeirah Group and I think the hotel is great. It is still new so there are of course some things that can be done to improve. As a family with young kids, I would want the more options on dinner with kids as all the main restaurants do not allow children after 7 pm (and they are all awesome restaurants)

Cet hôtel est absolument incroyable. La végétation qui l'entour le rend assez unique pour Dubaï. Les piscines sont extraordinaires. La qualité du service, où que ce soit, piscine, plage, restaurant, voiturier, ... est bien bien.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieusement bon. Les prestations offertes au Pierre Hermé du Lobby sont également très bien.
Cet hotel est très bien situé pour séjourner à Dubai, directement face à la mer. En revanche, il est assez éloigné du métro ce qui rend la possession d'une voiture obligatoire si on veut visiter Dubai.

Neues Hotel, eher Familien-orientiert. Zu gross um guten Service zu bieten. Essen gut, aber eher teuer. Hervorragendes steakhouse. Schöner Strand und gute Lage. Service muss sich noch einspielen - wird aber wegen der Grösse nie wirklich gut sein. Zimmerpreis den wir bezahlt hatten war ok. CHF 600.- - in der Hochsaison gehen die Preise bis CHF 1.500.- für dasselbe Stabdardzimmer. Das ist deutlich zu teuer

The concierge service was poor. Also the breakfast service was bad, and poorly managed. The cleaning service was not good. One time our room was not cleaned until 6 pm!So overall the hotel as nice and new but needs to work on the services.
