Disappointing
Pros:

Room was clean but old.

Cons:

Shabby, dirty reception area with no staff present at all until check in time. No TV in the studio as advertised, offered a refund by reception & the manager over the phone but not forthcoming as Booking.com says the hotel have not responded to their requests for a refund.
Tiny bathroom, even by Japanese standards.
