Dissatisified and Horrible Experience
Pros:

Only the swimming pool. But it does not belong to the host.

Cons:

The host did not pay the maintainance fee hence we were unable to access most of the facilities at the condo. Ms. Lim said the access card is okay...only the lift got problem but she lied because we saw they did not pay the maintainance fee which was sticked in the lift by the Management office. So everytime we go out we need to find the guard to touch the guard's access card to 8th floor. Plus the unit on 8th floor is smelly and equipped with OLD furniture. Another thing the DEPOSIT RM150 was demanded after we have paid at BOOKING.COM. PLEASE BOOKING.COM REMOVE THIS HOST FROM YOUR PLATFORM...READ OTHER REVIEWERS PLEASE.

Cons:

The room was equipped with old fixtures. The toilet wasn’t so clean, the sink was held up with a bucket to stop it from falling, the toilet lid was dirty and should be replaced. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement.
