We didn't get a room with elevator inspite of informing ahead of time that a senior citizen is traveling with us

Middle of all action. Short distance to all nice places
Didn't know what is Bui Vien means. Music plays up to 4am every single night... Couldn't tolerate such... So moved forward. Funny refund policy like totally no refund xD i see why...

The rooms are really clean and facilities are great! Location is good.
There is two layers of soundproofing on the doors but it is still very loud inside the room. We liked the sound of the clubs downstairs but if you are sound sensitive you should choose somewhere else.

No reception staff when we arrived, no complimentary drink on arrival as advertised, and we had to pay the bill by 1900hrs on the day of arrival, the fridge was stocked with 3 cans of soft drink and 5 bottles of water not as advertised on their Web site the breakfast is a set menu that's ok but could improve
This is a great location. I seen a few reviews from people here complaining about the noise. I decided to get a hotel room here anyway, and I am happy I did. After a long day, and when I am tried, the music and partying on the street is not going to stop me from sleeping. If you want to be in a safe hotel, with great staff, and you want to be in the middle of all of the parties, and action, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. There are Bank Machines nearby, a Circle K Store, as well as a 7-11 Store nearby... I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
