武陵山水客栈Wuling Shanshui Hotel

Absolutely amazing experience. Owner helped us to get discount for many tickets to several major attractions. We were met at airport and driven to hotel. Breakfast was simple and nice. Rooms are warm and comfortable. Showers are hot the way we like them. We got so much help with itineraries and tickets it is simply outstanding. Owner has translation device that translate in real time to whatever language you want. We were family of 5 from 11yo to 68yo and we had two rooms and I would stay in this place again.

Замечательный для своей цены отель! Парк в пешей доступности, тихо, есть стиральная машина, скромные, но сытные завтраки, приветливые сотрудники.

The owner was so kind and attentive going above and beyond to make it a great stay. When my travel plans changed last minute and I needed to extend my stay she was able to give me the same room and a later check out time to accommodate this which I was so grateful for. The room was clean, spacious and amazing value for what you pay. The location of the hotel is perfect with a 15/20 minute walk to the east entrance and a short Didi ride to the Grand Canyon. The owner organised park tickets and provided a map and explanation of the route which was super helpful for a first time visit. I would absolutely recommend staying here for a visit to Zhangjiajie.

Здравствуйте, нам понравилось всё , огромнейшее спасибо хозяинам отеля , очень гостеприимные отзывчивые , добрые и радостные люди. Помогли нам с трансферами , с билетами во все парки , оформили билеты со скидками для пенсонеров , поазали на карте ,как гулять по паркам , завтраки вкусные , сытно , уютно , чистенько , вообщем полный комфорт
Также на новый год , показала нам классный ресторан , было также прекрасно там отметить новый год

Amazing customer service

L’hotel est bien situé, 15 min à pied de l’entrée EST du parc, nous avons booké directement les billets avec l’hôtel. Ça ne parle pas anglais, mais nous avons toujours réussi à nous faire comprendre et les personnes qui étaient là étaient vraiment gentilles. Nous avons eu droit à un petit sac de snacks à notre départ et j’ai trouvé cette attention très mignonne !
Les petits déjeuners sont simples mais bons !
Pas mal de restau aux alentours de l’hôtel très bon et pas chers ainsi que le night market !

The staff was very helpfull.

Clean Room, good location and decent breakfast. The Lady owner at the reception made all efforts to guide us sincerely making good use of her translator device.

It rained on the days we were in town, and the innkeeper Li (a retired teacher) was most friendly and helpful in tweaking our daily plans and giving us recommendations on things to do based on the weather for the day. 10/10 for her resourcefulness too - the water heater main burst on one of the nights and flooded the lobby, and she managed to get someone to fix the pipe fixed within an hour.

And there's free ice cream in the lobby - the green bean bar was so good!
