Vintage feel, Bell staff was excellent. LOVE the kitties especially Ozzy
The midnight Ghost Tour was horrible and not worth paying for. The lack of a functioning elevator really ruined our entire weekend in Eureka. We were so sore from climbing stairs we dreaded going in or out for anything, it was miserable. Im elderly with bad knees and was placed on the 3rd floor. My granddaughter who is 23 was every bit as worn out as I was afyer a whole weekend of having to traverse the stairs. We likely will not be staying agsin nor will we recommend the property
The atmosphere was great
We loved everything
I liked how close it was to downtown! I liked the ghost tour; it was very insightful and informative.
I wish the hot tub were a little bigger. Although, on my checkout day, I wanted to eat breakfast at the hotel, I went downstairs after I got all packed. Entered the restaurant and was seated by the host. When I sat down, I waited, and waited, and waited. I looked around to find somebody, but there was no one around, so I couldn't ask to be served. I was also confused about what to do. There was a buffet, but when I sat down, they gave me a menu, and again, there was no one around to ask. So, I got up and left to go eat breakfast somewhere else. I went to get the host, but she was gone as well. I don't know if it was because I went during the off-season, but that shouldn't be a reason to be an inattentive server. I also had an issue with getting service at the pizza place. It was basically the same issue, but I actually found someone to ask to take my order, which isn't a bad thing....But I shouldn't have to ask. As someone who works in the customer service world, I know that things happen, but I wish the service were better at the hotel. Everywhere else, the service was great! Even the sister hotel had better service than the Crescent.
The property is beautiful and I’ve been so many times! I love the crescent and will be back!
Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t the cleanest this visit with cups and trash laying around in the halls. The bed was cardboard or almost felt the a rock. Our shower was quite dirty and stained. Not to mention the dust all throughout the room.
Beautiful property!!
I loved everything about it!
Loved the restaurant, the bars, the activities especially bingo and mixology! Room was wonderful—the Trailside!!
My granddaughter wedding was held there and everyone was exceptional. I will be back —from Colorado!
What’s there not to like? Such a beautiful place! Wonderful staff. Love the history of it. Property was great. I absolutely would love to go back and highly recommend it!
Nothing not to like. It was wonderful!
Shuttle downtown.
Balcony
Better dining accommodations
Overpriced for accommodations
Food on site was great. Hotel was fun and eureka springs is a great town.
A few things, like the hot tub could have been better maintained. Outdoor garbage was near the pool, and could smell on hot days.
The hotel is so neat and amazingly clean and well restored. The staff was fantastic and loved our room.
The staff is amazing. We stayed specifically to take the ghost tour and our guide was amazing. I have more of an appreciation for the property. I can't remember her name? We found that the guests were also very friendly. Thank you for an amazing stay! It did not dissapoint and I highly recommend.
Hotel has had a lot of improvements since I last stayed there. I know it is very old and they do a good job of maintaining it but there are a few things that could improve. Our bathroom clawfoot tub had rust (understandable) . The shower curtain did not completly keep the water off the floor behind the tub and there was some past damage.
the rug ends were curled up and tripped on them
