Friendly staff history and great food.
The location and friendly staff
The price was just a little high
Its a beautiful historic hotel that lives up to its reputation as a resort hotel for the area. The pizza is good but a little pricey.
Jasper the cat runs the place.
Be mindful, if you intend to drive there in winter, all the roads are up and down hills. Navigating them will be troublesome.
The town is a little too eclectic but the history is interesting.
We had a wonderful breakfast and also had dinner and drinks on the 4th floor outdoor terrace. It all was great.
It was all great.
Such a historic site with lots of history. All the staff were so friendly and helpful
Staff was extremely nice and welcoming even as we roamed the halls day and night exploring. Check out the souvenirs where you can find the stuffed Jaspers, room keys and and other cool things to take home. So much to do outside! Ghost tour was so much fun! The cats were just as friendly. I took 2 young kids and this hotel was a perfect choice.
The bed mattress were very hard but that would be the only thing.
The hotel itself was beautiful
The elevator being out of order sucked even though we knew ahead of time
The haunted hotel and ghost tours were wonderful
Our beds were not comfortable at all
Parking was definitely a major issue
With the ST Patrick’s parade and a wedding the Saturday we stayed we spent nearly 40 minutes waiting to park our car
The historic value of this hotel may be its only redeeming feature. The location is lovely.
We were excited to visit this historic hotel, but the quality of our room was perplexingly subpar. The neglect was sad to see. Air conditioning is provided by a window unit blowing directly at the bed. Pillows were old and poor quality. Tops of the end tables were grossly damaged. The hot water ran completely out in the shower in two or three minutes. We loved Eureka Springs, but will check out other options next time.
Very clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful hotel! Andrew our bartender at the pool was my favorite! He was super nice and made us feel like family by remembering our Info.
Wish the pool was bigger.
Beautifully renovated. Tons of activities for adults and kids. The Ghost Tour was very informative.
The elevator is out. I personally feel Ghost detectors should not be allowed, especially on the tours. A camera will reveal what they want us to see but the detectors keep them away.
Everything and everyone was extremely nice. The only bad thing was that the elevator was out while we were there. We wished we could have stayed longer.
I love the Crescent! The staff is amazing! We finally met the owner. ❤️ The grounds and amenities are first class !
I didn't like that we didn't get to stay longer 😁
