Personalet er meget venlige og service med mindet.
Pros:

Pænt rent.

Cons:

Personalet skal tjekke at div, ting virker før det udlejes. Hårtørrer ( virkede ikke) elkedel, låget var løst og der flød vand over det hele. Vi fik skiftet pengeskab, det virkede heller ikke.

1. Lokasi dkt ke tol dan mall, maupun pik
2. Breakfastnya cukup menarik, kl rasa saya rasa sama saja

1. Kebersihan..., ini hotel sdh mantep tpi jujur sya kecewa dgn kebersihan dr staff housekeeping, memang ramah tapi spt bersdm rendah. Kamar hanya disapu 60%, sudut2 tdk disapu, dilap atau dibersihkan, apalagi balkon, mungkin tdk pernah dibersihkan, banyak genangan air, abu dan jamur di balkon hotel.
2. Kondisi air, apt ada rasa payau dan kadang asin, mungkin krna dkt laut yaa
3. Kolam renang, kadar airnya ber-ph rendah, ayo mari ditingkatkan lagi.

Overall satisfied, because the staff attitude is really good
Pros:

The food is okay, the front desk attitude is very good

Cons:

There are cockroaches in the room. The shower in the bathroom is dirty, and the hair dryer overheats after 10 seconds of blowing. It takes a while to dissipate heat before it can be turned back on

Decent but Needs Improvements
Pros:

Stayed here 3 times with family. It's a decent, clean, affordable hotel with a convenient location & parking. We truly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which is one & only in the Pluit area. Buffet breakfast was acceptable, never had any problems previously, with an exception last time I got food poisoning & violently ill. Rooms and hallways are showing their age & could use some updates.

Alles sauber.

Cons:

Pool ist gross und sauber, aber wirkt sehr stiefkindlich. Zuständiges Personal für Drinks schwierig zu finden.

OK for staycation
Pros:

Coming after 3 but only 1 out of 2 rooms ready for us. The other room was informed leaked. And we're not the only guest having leaked room. The service also not prompt. Asking to borrow praying set only to be given too late. But we're happy with the breakfast selections! Plenty of choice and taste good!
