Excellent. Perfect location when arriving late to New Chitose (Sapporo) Airport.
Pros:

The public bath was lovely. There was no one around so I enjoyed it by myself, and it stocked all the essentials and more. You could do your face and dry your hair there as well.
The staff were also really friendly and helpful.
