Black mold
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Black mold all over the bathroom. They did try to clean, but it was all over. They tried to cover it with grout. But it came right back the next day. You can hear neighbors even when they speak low. I know it was new year holiday. But they didn't clean room for 9 days. I had to clean it myself, then they tried to charge me for the towel being dirty. Which should tell you everything about the management.

Not worth the money!
Cons:

Not well maintained, feels dirty and old and I saw a cockroach in the lobby.
Also you can only pay by cash.

Great experience
Pros:

Very good location, we can walk to the beach. The street is very energetic and full of activities. We could get all kinds of food around the corner. However, the room was not very clean and it was kinda smelly when we arrived.
