To expensive for what they offer
Pros:

Is near the ski field.

Cons:

Is indeed old, one needs to pay for everything, lookers to put your bags, 500yen. Want something pay. The room is big, but not nice.

Pros:

The staff were amazing - they assisted with questions and transport

Cons:

Room were outdated and not that clean. It was further from the ski slopes than expected, however still walkable, but also further from where restaurants etc were so made this a little difficult at night.
In saying this, i would stay here again.

Pros:

The rooms are spacious, good value with everything you need. The heating was more than adequate and the presentation of everything went above expectation. The facilities including onsen were all functioning and top notch. The staff were also very helpful with any inquiries and gave us a shuttle van to the ski lifts where necessary.

Cons:

The beds were not particularly to our liking as these were quite rock hard and a little short for anyone taller in height. However they were certainly able to be slept on just a level of hardness beyond my capacity for a truly comfortable sleep.
