必要なものが設備されている、簡素なホテル。
Pros:

簡素で必要な設備、備品が整っているビジネスホテルという感じです。
おそうじ、ベットメーキング、とてもきれいで、整っています。
受付の方が親切で、感じがよかった。
秋田駅から徒歩20分くらいのところにありますが、むかしからのお寺とか、家とかの街並み、地元の町中華、おすしやさんを楽しむのもよいでしょう。　近くにコンビニもあります。

Cons:

むかしの設備なので、トイレ付きバスのドアを開けて入る時は、段をまたいで入るので、けがをしないようにして下さい。

ベッドルームと台所の境のドアが、開けるたびにギーっと鳴るので、連れが、夜中トイレに行くと目がさめてしまった。
また、そのドアが、開けると冷蔵庫をふさぐので、冷蔵庫を開けるにはドアを閉めなければならず、ドアがない方がよいのになあと思った。

駐車場が狭いですが、スタッフの方がうまく誘導してくれました。

Pros:

Spacious room, easy access to sockets, it was very calm and on a good location, cleaniness was perfect. We loved the yukatas too.

Cons:

The bed was cold under the window because there is no insulation.
