No tiene ascensor.

Las operaciones diarias las llevan genial. No obstante el servicio en necesidades extras fallan mucho. Me explico: dejamos una power bank en recepción, con la aprobación previa del staff de la tarde. Por la noche, al llegar de nuevo al hotel, la solicitamos y nos dijeron que no habíamos dejado nada. Pedimos por favor que buscase bien al personal de la noche. No hizo ni amago de buscar, ni tan siquiera nos quiso ayudar. Nos dijo que el chico que estaba de tarde, ya estaba durmiendo. Cuando nos enfadamos, llamó a su compañero (estaba despierto y en el hotel que tienen a unos pasos) y voila, estaba en el cajón que se negó que buscásemos.

Otro pero, sin muchos problemas, es que te obliguen a descalzarse. No tienen zapatillas de todas las tallas y es incómodo caminar descalzo obligado.

Отель расположен в самом центре города, везде можно дойти пешком. Сотрудники очень вежливые, отзывчивые и дружелюбные! В номере было чисто, кондиционер работал! Душ работал, горячая вода была. Читайте внимательно! Номера без окон!!!

Завтраки не сытные: одно яйцо, багет, немного овощей и напиток.

We arrived at the Cozy and were told no booking had ever been made, that we had been victim of a scam. We aquired other accommodation.

Un peu décevant

Bien situé, personnel agréable

Cons:

Changement de chambre à l'arrivée car au 5ème étage, sans avoir rien demandé .. Malheureusement la nouvelle chambre, RdC en face de l'hôtel, derrière le salon de massage, était très bruyante. Donnait sur une ruelle, sentait un peu le moisi et impossible de faire le noir, car porte d'entrée un peu vitrée.
Dommage, ça partait d' une bonne intention, pour nous éviter sans doute trop de marches à monter mais la chambre n'était pas agréable.
Pas de ménage fait durant le séjour, sauf 1 fois car nous avons demandé.
Petit déjeuner correct mais peu varié, convient parfaitement pour un court séjour.

Мне понравилось всё: и расположение, и отношение персонала (мне помогали со всеми вопросами), и уют (в номере есть всё необходимое). Завтраки по выбору из меню. В 2-х минутах офис, где можно покупать билеты на автобус Nam Hai до Муйне и много бутиков с туристическими маршрутами. Знаменитая улица "Walking Street" и улица с ресторанам
