Pros:

Tenía muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de estación de metro y tiendas de conveniencia. La atención del personal muy buena, muy fácil poderse comunicar en ingles con ellas, en especial Zhen, atenta, nos ayudo en el llenado de las boletas para el envío de maletas, además de hablar muy buen inglés.

Cons:

Las camas no eran nada cómodas.

Very good for cheap price
Pros:

Very easy to get to Kyoto from super near Nijo train station and very quiet. Had a free washing machine and detergent which was super useful. Also had large bath tub which was nice.

Cons:

Room was very small for two people not much room to move around or for our luggage. The bed blanket wasn’t really big enough for two people.

*The bathroom being able to dry clothes overnight.
*Large kitchen and dining area you can cook/eat at.
*Vending machines on site.
*Clean.
*TV we could watch local news/dramas at night.
*Elevator.

*Room was a little cramped for 2 people with large suitcases but apparently that's normal for Japan.
