Love the lake view! The place was overall clean, the interior looked nice and the caretaker of the unit was friendly. The location was also good, near the city proper and lots of food establishments near.
Parking fee was separate from the booking payment. Paid 500 pesos each night, children below 1 year old are still considered in the number of people allowed so we had to pay for the penalty fee for having 4 adults and an infant. The shower drain was also clogged when we used it but thankfully the caretaker fixed it for us.

I recommend them to place a shower curtain to keep the toilet floor dry. The toilet floor is high risk of getting fall. No soap and shampoo available. There’s a dispenser and they added water that’s looks like shampoo. The shower curtain has been previously complained as stated by previous customers.
It was good and relaxing however the stuffs for kitchen such as utensils were not clean.
Asking for deposits. Paid already. It was stated that the parking was free. But when we arrived, there was a charge of P500. Please let the customer know everything so we are fully informed and aware of the rules.

Apartment was dirty. Insects, cockroaches in the cabinets.
Clean hotel and very comfortable. Ideal location in Tagaytay. The space is quite small but not an issue for a short stay. During our stay though the caretaker requested to come inside the property to get some bedsheets. Very strange. We only stayed for 2 nights so unsure why they couldn’t have waited til our check out. There’s also no complimentary water bottles or coffee/tea which is a bit annoying even though they have a sign to ‘enjoy the complimentary items’ that didn’t exist.

What you see is what you get! The unit is so nice, you get the best of Tagaytay with a homey and hotel vibe. Would add this property as my go-to staycation. Ms. Lycet, the one who assisted us was so charming and friendly! Good vibes!
Nothing! But a heads up if you are sensitive to or you get bothered by noise, you could hear the traffic all the way up the unit. The elevator is another problem but it’s a popular staycation building, so that’s expected.
