The music sounds all day make annoying
It had everything. The position was good, the capsules comfortable, it was clean and the public bath was a nice plus!
There’s only one floor with capsules and it’s for both males and females (the smell was definitely worse than in females only capsule hotels
I have been). Only, there’s no female bathroom at that floor, so if you have to pee in the night, you have to take the elevator. This was a bit annoying.
Showers and sinks (very few) are also on another floor. Not a big deal, just abut odd to have bed and locker on one floor and shower and toilet in another
This capsule hotel has it all. It provides 2 lockers for each client, that’s amazing. No clutter at all and the place is really spacious and comfortable. What is even more amazing is that they actually make your bed if you are staying beyond 1 night. I really appreciate the effort the capsule hotel makes to ensure that my stay is comfortable and safe. The breakfast buffet at the cafe costs only 1,400 yen. It’s a great steal! Check in and check out are fuss free too. Overall, a very satisfying stay and I will definitely come back again.
The location is good but it takes 8 - 10 mins to walk to the bus stop. It is better for those who travel by car as the hotel also provides free parking lot.
They have onsen!
The women toilet is located at 2nd floor, if you want to poo you have to run from 3rd floor to 2nd floor -..-. And one of bathroom on 3rd floor is broken but they have only 2 bathroom on that floor.
Shower room not enough ,need to fix
Close to beach. The place looked luxurious,
It was a complete failure when the cleaning staff cleaned our pods. They touched our belongings and re ordered them, left the curtain up to see our things, and even left our bags outside on the hall for everyone to look through. When coming back later in the evening, I saw I had lost some Vietnamese money I kept in my front pocket. The hotel didn't take responsibility for this.
No girls bathroom on my floorr. I used the men. Why not make it for every gender?
The onsen area looked nice, but not clean. It had pubes hair floating in it.
A lot of older single men seemed to live at the hotel
The location and facilities were generally good. Be warned that the area is a bit of a red-light district at night, and people from certain establishments will try to get your business. However, if you ignore them they will leave you alone. Also, If you booked a capsule room then you are not allowed to use some of the hotel's facilities such as the upstairs jacuzzi without a fee.
While the hotel claimed to clean the capsules every day, it was clear that this simply meant changing the sheets and towels. The underside of the mattress was quite dirty, and on my first day I found other people's hair, crumbs, and wrappers. Every day I would check under my mattress to see if they had bothered to clean, but alas, the same hair, crumbs, and wrappers greeted me each time. The rest of the facilities (bathroom, onsen, locker room) were fairly clean, though.
Everything was good, specially the large public bath, it was so clean and comfortable.
Staff both can speak english and Japanese, since i can understand Japanese for daily life, checkin and checkout isn't a problem at all.
Amenities were sufficient, they exchange my towel everyday. There is locker outside of the room and private box inside the cabin.
Near the city center and monorail station (10 min walk). There are a lot of shops nearby, and 24 hour convenience store and 24 hour food stall (the name is all in, its very delicious).
I was booking for the studio cabin but i got the normal cabin. i am not sure about the definition, but i saw the cabin upstair have more large room than mine :(
The one who i really want to complain is hot temperature inside the cabin, we cant adjust the temperature, also sometimes there is loud voices from people who doesn't have manner while stay in capsule hotel.
The next thing is, the washing machine is way too expensive (400 yen for 30 min), and the dryer too (200 yen for 30 minutes). i spent 1000 yen for drying only. So please make sure you did not making wet of your thick clothes.
Shared hot tub and nice hair dryers. Amenities are available
There was a troublesome guest, making noise, super messy and smelly but the employees did not act upon it until I complained twice. Also the area is kinda shady. At night time there are people working at brothels hunting customers on the streets.
A lot of value for your money. It was clean and felt private. And they provide two closets for storage
It was all good
