It is a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location is wonderful, with many little stores and big ones too scattered around that makes for fun exploring and still having your necessities: supermarket, restaurants and train and bus stations. The quietness makes it a great place to rest and go for a run and exercise outdoors.

Cons:

A bunk bed or one with a pull out bed would have been great in the sleeping area to move around and pack, and the comforts of a bidet is unmatched.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. I would love to come back in the future.
Pros:

The room was neat and clean, and everything was provided for cooking and doing laundry.

Cons:

Nothing much. It took me a while to connect to the Wi-Fi, but I got it working after I found a router and plugged it in.

If you need a cheap place to stay and are ok with very minimal accommodation, then this will work.
Pros:

Good location very near were we needed to be.

Cons:

We chose this property mainly for its location. It was adequate, but nothing more. Very minimal accommodations, and small space. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay and don’t need much more than that, then this will meet your needs. There was only 1 (bath) towel for each of us, nothing more. No hand towels or towels for cleaning/drying dishes. Again, adequate but nothing more. Communication with owner was prompt.

Pros:

早稲田大学の入試で利用しました。宿から徒歩数分で試験会場に到着し、落ち着いて受験することができました。宿泊に必要な生活用品やカトラリーは一通り揃っていたので便利でした。

Cons:

エアコンの吹き出し口に少し埃がたまっており、クリーニングしてほしいと思いました。
