Meh, wont stay there again.
Pros:

Location was perfect with close I80 access. Restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Air conditioner was fantastic.

Cons:

There was NO breakfast as advertised, hotel is in need of an overhaul. Broken windows, shattered glass. There was a physical confrontation in the hallway after midnight between a few woman. Yelling, bouncing off walls.

experience this time around with the different management was the most distasteful yet.

I didnt like the guy who checked us in. he gave us a room where the window A/C didn't work. i do not know how many times I mentioned it do heating and A/C for a living and pumped my shirt showing the company name and logo. He got cocky with me and said ypu hear thay you have to wait for compressor. he still wouldn't listen to me. when I said its been set for 72 when I opened the door and its no where close that. so he gets us a different room with an AC but this room has two queens and I had ordered or paid for a one king size suite and I asked him if there's any more he said not for you not for you which was implying that there were some more but not any for me and booking show that there were more racist pig is who this man is.

Nothing about this room was impressive. I honestly could not even sleep there because of how bad it was.

Cons:

First room had not been cleaned. Shower was still wet, towels looked like they were used, cigarette wrappers in the bathroom and bedroom. Second room had a roach in the bathroom. Both rooms were had broken items and were falling apart

Stay clear

Nothing. Lobby was clean and smelled good.

Cons:

The rooms have the numbers written on masking tape. The room smelled musty and moldy. Dry wall screws on the floors. Big hole in the TV, fridge stand. Hole in the wall for the air conditioner. Asked to get moved to another room, the bed visually sunk in, and the smell was of ammonia and mold. I asked for a cancellation and I was told I may be charged for one night of the two but would have to wait 10 - 12 days. I have a child with azamia and this environment for my child was not safe. Someone who lived in Omaha for 20+ years and came back for the 4th of July I am embarrassed by this hotel. It should be shut down by the health department. I will be making a complaint to them.

Pros:

No cart for your luggage the key wouldn’t work in the door. Someone pulls up at 1:30 in the morning with loud booming music for a long time, had to take something to sleep

Cons:

I don’t think the sheets have been changed. The carpet needed vacuuming, and the room needed dust and the curtains were falling down and holes in the lampshade was broken. I couldn’t get any hot water.
