Overall it was terrible I paid for 2 nights I was not even there for 5 minutes refund was refused

Absolutely nothing the hotels covered with cockroaches they were on the bed the wall the eating area and the property is refusing me a refund

As soon as I checked in staff was very short with us trying to ask anything to resolve an issue the staff only took pictures of computer then show phone not resolving anything. Get to room on 3rd floor window wide open for some reason spouse goes to sit on bed and a big bed bug was right next to him on pillow.

Cons:

The shower did not work. There's also a door that leads to the room next to me. Did not feel comfortable knowing someone could just walk into my room. It wouldn't be a problem, but there's not even a lock on said door. Just a chain.

Very poor. Do not stay here.
Pros:

The night lady was very friendly and did ask me if I wanted to change rooms at least. The day worker says he wasn’t the manager but I have my doubts as he wanted to make an official complaint but wasn’t really interested.

Cons:

I booked through Agoda and say breakfast was included. Breakfast was not included! as they said temporarily ‘ out of service’.

There was luke warm water if that. I was freezing before I had a shower and even more afters.

My room stinked of stale smoke.

The floors hadn’t been vacuumed.

My bed cover had blood 🩸 spots on it.

The microwave was dirty.

Door was hard to get into too.

The bathtub floor had scum on it needed a good scrub
