Sehr schön (!) mit kleinem Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Die Aussicht, die Lage am Gardasee, die Art der Unterkunft, der Terrassenbereich, das ungestörte Sitzen vor unserem Studio, die riesen Fenster mit direkten Blick auf den Gardasee, die lässige Ikea Einrichtung, die kleine Küche, das teure aber nice Frühstück, die ganze Anlage so vom Flair, abgesicherte Parkplätze vor Ort, der kleine Strand gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite, das kleine Museum.

Cons:

Der Treppenaufstieg bis zu unserem Studio ist nichts für Knie geplagte oder Leute mit Handicaps.

Die knarrenden Holzböden, wo ich zumindest im Esstisch Bereich darum bitte einen Teppich zu legen. Je nachdem wer oben wohnt kommt zum Laufknarzen noch das Schieben der Stühle.

Das könnte ein Teppich verhindern.

Die Fenster benötigen eine Wartung, da bei starkem Regen Wasser - im geschlossenen Zustand - im unteren Teil des Rahmens - durchkam, was wir mit unseren Strandhantüchern aufgefangen haben.

pięknie i wygodnie
Pros:

położenie i dostęp do kameralnej plaży Tignale 10/10 , hotel bardzo ładny i położony w malowniczej okolicy .

Cons:

w porównaniu do poprzednich lat , odczuwalny spadek jakości i wyboru śniadania. Kawa jak zwykle na 10/10 .

Nærme stranda og fin leilighet med alt man trenger

Cons:

Det er ingen mulighet til å gå til restauranter eller butikker, så man er helt avhengig av bil. I tillegg opplevde vi det som ganske utrygt å krysse veien mellom hotellet og stranden, siden bilene kjører i høy hastighet og det ikke finnes noe fotgjengerfelt. Selv om hotellet ligger nær stranden, synes jeg derfor ikke beliggenheten er spesielt god.

Vi opplevde også lekkasje fra taket under regnvær, og det samlet seg vann på gulvet som vi selv måtte tørke opp.

Schlecht ausgestattete Zimmer in direkter Seelage (mit Hauptstraße)
Pros:

Es liegt direkt (durch die Hauptstraße getrennt) am Gardasee, und Zimmer mit Seeblick haben wirklich keine 10m Entfernung zum Wasser, wenn auch wegen der Hauptstraße das Fenster besser zu bleibt (extrem laut). Parken kann man im Innenhof. Frühstück ok.

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer mit unbequemen Bett, und v.a. keine Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage nur ein Satz Handtücher für eine Person bekommen. Einige Türen nach außen sind zugesperrt, man kommt gefühlt nur über die Parkplatzeinfahrt raus an den See und muss dazu noch die vielbefahrene Hauptstraße überqueren. Abendessen bietet das Restaurant nicht an.
