Pros:

Clean, spacious, quiet and lovely views.
Located a bit out of the main centre of Sokcho but not far from the intercity terminal and bus stop to get to the national park.

Cons:

Awesome stay near the beach
Pros:

Truly a lovely property with an awesome view of the sea where you can watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony.

Self checkin and checkout with clear instructions from the host.
Spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated, huge tv, fully equipped kitchen area, washer and dryer were a big plus for longer stays, heated floor. Nice smell when you walk in and very comfortable bed and pillows.
Big size bathroom for Korea with separate shower, clean towels and toiletries.

The area is quiet in winter, but it’s surrounded by many sea food restaurants and coffee shops.
Lighthouse and sunrise pavilion are just a short walk away on the coast, part of the Romantic Road of Korea.
Bus stop for Seoraksan Mountain is very close and it takes about 35 minutes to get there, excluding weekends, when is very crowded.

Honestly a perfect stay in Sokcho.

Cons:

Abai Village, Ferris wheel, Central Park and Sokcho Tourist Night Market are a bit far, but reachable with local bus.

Very helpful owners who gave us a lot of tips, amazing view from the room, the equipment of the room ( washing maschine and dryer) and a lot od space also for two big suitcases!!!

Cons:

The kitchen was not properly cleaned. The cabinets were sticky and greasy, and the dishes were not washed well.

A stay beyond my expectations
Pros:

No disappointment with this exceptional room! An incredible view, a more than spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Nothing was missing for a pleasant stay. The location is easily accessible (bus, taxis, etc.). The host is very approachable and provides valuable information to ensure a relaxing stay. I appreciated being able to leave my luggage while waiting to check in and being able to access my room much earlier due to the weather.

Cons:

Paper towels or tissues would be a nice touch, but that's just a minor detail.

Pros:

Une vue extraordinaire depuis le 17ème étage.
L'appartement est très agréable et confortable.
Situé près des transports en commun pour visiter la ville et les environs.

Cons:

Dommage de n'avoir aucun contact autre que par WhatsApp avec l'équipe de location .Mais c'est efficace.

너무 깨끗했고 크지 않지만 모든게 다 구비되어있어 편했습니다

Cons:

엘레베이터가 총 두대로 짝수층, 홀수층으로 나누어져 있어서 건물이 총 20층인것을 감안할때 사용량이 많아 좀 불편했어요.
주차는 발렛으로 오래기다려야한다는 리뷰가 많아 아예 밖에 해안길에 주차했어요.

Cons:

Using the elevators requires some patience, so make sure to give yourself time to wait for them. Also, there is a bit of noise from the construction next to the property, but not during the night.

A great getaway in a comfortable place with a great view
Pros:

The sea view was amazing, it was well located with restaurants and buses that take you to Seoraksan.

The bed was super comfy and the shower had fabulous hot water and pressure

Cons:

There weren’t blackout curtains so we woke up with the sun. It wasn’t too bad but would have been better with some curtains.

Likely a delightful stay in the summer, but a difficult stay in winter
Pros:

Beautiful room with a deck and ocean view. Conveniently next to a mile of set menu crab restaurants and by the beach.

Cons:

The building is self check in which is impersonal. They utilize heated floors and didn’t preheat the room before we arrived so the room was 14° upon arrival and the floor only heats up 1° per hour so it took until midnight before the room was 20° and we could take off our coats and enjoy the room.

Great spot for a trip to Sokcho
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious room with balcony. Right next to the beach and walking distance to the fish market. The hosts gave very clear instructions for finding the place and for checking in which was very helpful!

Fabulous ocean views from new, well furnished condo.
Pros:

Brand new condo with fabulous views overlooking the ocean. Condo is small but well furnished, including kitchen and washer and dryer (although we didn’t need to use them.). Plenty of nearby trendy coffee shops and local restaurants. Beach is just across the street. Host was very responsive.

Cons:

Doubt the host can do anything about this, but there is construction going on next door from 730am to 630pm even on the weekends. The condo is well insulated so quiet inside but the noise makes it bothersome to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view. Could use small lamps over the bed to allow for reading.

Great place to relax on a beautiful beach
Pros:

Great Location. Beautiful beach. Hotel is very functional. There is not reception desk but they were very responsive when you call.

Cons:

Would be helpful to have more instructions in english. Would recommend to make a piece of paper with simple instructions of the different appliances in the room
