The location. Pretty close to airport

Cons:

Toe nails in my sheets. Walls were dirty. Inside my room. None English anything in room on tv. Sink in bathroom splashes everywhere , not a 5 star.. a two maybe US 3 star. And I’m really being generous with the 3. Maybe a 2.4

Pros:

Excellent breakfast with delicious Chinese food

Cons:

This area is Chinese area, most of restaurants nearby only had Chinese food and people also speak Chinese. It’s not recommended for the person don’t know Chinese language.

Due to limited communications skills, and attention to details of how hotels should be run and managed, I would not pick
Pros:

Clean room that’s about it

Cons:

Staff not attentive. No hospitality at all. Staff Lack knowledge to booking rsvp or how certain procedure works. Only 1-2 staff knowledgeable. Hotel doesnt seem to protect people who doesn’t smoke. Breakfast lack quality of food and choices. Key card kept getting reset for some reason so had to keep coming down to get it fixed
