Cons:

It’s over price as this type of simple hotel.
If you calculate all cost cut for only a few hours receptionist staff, digital self check in & out, not usual facility in the room, least usual Hôtel service, etc. It would be fine with new concept if the price is below several thousand Yen due to all cut off the cost & facilities.

Pros:

Un hébergement moderne et tout neuf, une salle commune agréable, une chambre bien conçue.
Kita Kamakura offre de magnifiques temples et balades, directement accessibles à pied et en 5 minutes en train on est à Kamakura.

Cons:

La localisation entre voie ferrée et nationale... Si on ne dort pas avec des bouchons d' oreille c'est difficile.
Lit japonais mais les futons (en fait des matelas en mousse) sont très fins. Deux épaisseurs auraient été bienvenues.

また来たい！
Pros:

駅からも近く分かりやすかった
共用スペースはほとんど使うことはありませんでしたが、色々と設備は揃っていたので快適そうです。
室内も全て綺麗で快適でした！

Cons:

線路沿線ということもあり、多少電車の往来の音は聞こえてきましたが、ストレスになるほどではありませんでした。

Quiet, cosy, and comfortable!
Pros:

So glad I found this place! It’s peaceful and quiet, just what you need after exploring Kamakura and its surroundings. The staff were polite, and rooms were very clean. Great for solo travellers.

素敵なお宿
Pros:

駅から近い。静か。
ちょうどついた時間がお掃除中でお忙しいのにもかかわらず、スタッフさんが対応してくださり、チェックインもさせていただき、荷物も預かってもらえました。

一人旅の相棒
Pros:

駅に近く静かで落ち着いた2泊が出来ました。全体的に新しく快適でした。ホームの隣でうるさいかもと言われていましたが（私の部屋の位置が良かったせいかもしれませんが）それについても気になりませんでした。時間的に１Fのフルースペースを利用することが出来ず残念でした。

Cons:

備品のシャンプーリンス等の残が無くわざわざ連絡するのも申し訳ないなあと思い我慢してしまいました。
