If you wish to dine at one of the property´s restaurants, please book a table in advance. Without reservation, a table cannot be guaranteed. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

If your rate includes Spa access, you may use the Spa area from 15:00 on your arrival day until noon on your departure day. Please note that children are not allowed in the spa area after 18:00.

Please note that with the current measures, entry to the spa is included until noon on the day of departure.

In apartments, check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

During the following periods: from November 26th, 2024, to December 20th, 2024, from January 5th, 2025, to February 7th, 2025, and from March 9th, 2025, to November 30th, 2025, the use of the kitchen is not included for the Superior Apartment (a Supplement of CHF 250 for its use), and the final cleaning costs are included.

Ein Wunderschönes Hotel, mit grossem Spa bereich, der sehr gepflegt und rhuig ist.
Das Essen war geschmacklich Top und sehr schön angerichtet.
Die Zimmer sind Wunderschön im Holz stil mit grosszügigen Badezimmern ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Abendessen hat eine sehr lange wartezeit beinhaltet, 3 Gänge dauerten 2h vom 1 bis zum letzten, für Kinder sollte man eine beschäftigung dabei haben.

Great location, great spa & pool, good breakfast, very good room
Pros:

Spa and pool facility is excellent - great outdoor pool area.
Spa included numerous steam and sauna rooms
Breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were super friendly and helpful
Very nice hotel
The room we had was great - a separate sleeping area upstairs for our adult daughter - she loved it.
Great location - near the restaurants, shops etc and having the ski rental location (Sommet et Neige) right under the hotel was very good. Also short funicular rail lift up to the main ski lifet was also great.

Cons:

The ski equipment rooms - one for boots and the other for skis and poles were pretty disappointing.
Security depended on the last person actually closing the doors !! Mostly when we came back from a days skiing one or both were left open.
The boot room only had open shelves; the ski room had open hangers - a hotel of this standard (and price) should have individual lockers for each room with boot dryers etc.
Apart from the female staff who welcomed us on arrival, the reception staff (males) were pretty unfriendly - no welcomes / smiles etc asking how the day's skiing had been - very impersonable.

Die Nähe zum Skigebiet mit dem Funicolaire gleich nebenan und der tolle Spa, der wirklich aussergewöhnlich gross ist.

Cons:

Keine Infos wo zum Beispiel die Skiräume sind, wie alles funtioniert, keine Hilfe beim Gepäck, nur ein Duvet fürs DZ, harte Kissen, wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück, abgeschlagene Ecken beim Geschirr etc. Alles Kleinigkeiten, aber nicht 4-Stern würdig.

Pros:

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Spa-Bereich. Qualität des Frühstücks sehr gut.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war oft vieles leer und man musste dadurch etwas Geduld mitbringen.

Loistava aamiainen, erinomainen sijainti ja ystävällinen palvelu.

Cons:

SPA-osasto upeine uima-altaineen oli muuten hyvä, mutta saunoista vain yksi riittävän kuuma, joten se oli koko ajan täynnä.

Expected to have more options at breakfast. No vegetables or salad.

Ski room is not up to 4* standard at all. Hidden somewhere in the garage. A true afterthought.

Wet wooden stairs smell terribly when the spa gets busy.

Excellent séjour de ski
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour le ski où randonnée en plein centre de la station. Le personnel très aimable et top au bar !

Cons:

Rapport qualité prix trop cher pour un 4 étoiles parking très serré et pas sûr de trouver une place même avec réservation. Buffet petit déjeuner ok mais pourrait être plus qualitatif
