If you wish to dine at one of the property´s restaurants, please book a table in advance. Without reservation, a table cannot be guaranteed. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

If your rate includes Spa access, you may use the Spa area from 15:00 on your arrival day until noon on your departure day. Please note that children are not allowed in the spa area after 18:00.

Please note that with the current measures, entry to the spa is included until noon on the day of departure.

In apartments, check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

L’hôtel est super, l’équipe de réception était très accueillante.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux !
Le spa est grand et très propre, nous avons bien pu y profiter.

Cons:

Le restaurant ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles de l’hôtel. L’équipe du restaurant n’était pas très souriante, sauf un homme qui lui était très gentil !

Modern, natürlich, freundlich und ideal neben dem Lift gelegen, besser ohne Halbpension buchen!
Pros:

Das Hotel wurde innen 2023 in naturnahem, modernem Stil renoviert, Bäder mit dunklem Schiefer und guter Beleuchtung, Zimmer mit viel Naturholz an den Wänden, toller Spiegel mit TV-Funktion, funktionell und dauerhaft mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit fantastischer Aussicht auf die Berge - auch vom Zimmer. Grosszügige, gemütliche Lobby, schöne Bar, grosses Restaurant für Halbpension-Gäste und auswärtige - nach Wahl A la Carte.

Cons:

Die Schalldämmung zum Bad des Nachbarn dürfte etwas besser sein - Plätschern von Dusche, WC, etc. gut hörbar.
Wir haben 4 Nächte mit Halbpension gebucht, würden wir nicht mehr tun, denn die 4 Abendessen bestanden zum Grossteil aus den Überresten des Vorabends. So war das Gemüse 3 mal das Gleiche, die Suppe aus Morchelsauce vom Abend zuvor. Einmal ist ok, aber hier ist es Programm - schade. Wir kommen wieder, aber nur mit Frühstück. So bleiben wir in der Wahl und Qualität des Abendessens frei.

Je ne réitérerais pas.
Pros:

Le Spa est pratique à avoir au sein du bâtiment. Les pistes de ski sont à côté également, ce qui est un plus. L'hôtel est bien situé. Le parking est ok.

Cons:

Pas de bagagiste pour un prix exorbitant par nuit, dans un hotel 4 étoiles en suisse c'est une honte, lorsqu'on arrive avec un bébé et une poussette, personne ne vient nous aider. La moquette se fait vieille. Les lits sont dure comme de la pierre.

Première et dernière fois que je réserve un endroit sans annulation possible, en cas de gros souci (Santé) on paie pour rien la totalité. Dommage pour un établissement de ce niveau.
